Paid $43 to park here for the Beyoncé concert. While having a guaranteed spot prior to the concert was a plus, this was negated by the fact that the garage was locked at or before 11:50 PM, when our reservation was until 12:00 AM. We were only able able to get into the garage to access our car after the concert thanks to a group of people that were already in the garage who opened the door for us. To add insult to injury, the exit gates for vehicles were also locked, trapping several hundred cars inside until an attendant could arrive to unlock the garage. It’s ridiculous to pay that kind of money to be trapped in a garage with no exit. Do yourself a favor and park somewhere else.
How do I give 0 stars? My experience parking here was absolute garbage. I was in my car for over an hour before I finally got out, then the attendant forced us to turn right on second Ave towards downtown. On a Friday night. That added over 30 minutes to my time. It took me longer to get home from the concert than the actual concert. The concert ended at 10:20pm and I just pulled into my driveway. At 12:43am. I live 18 minutes away. I am never parking here again and I feel like I should get my money back for parking here in the first place. Ticketmaster, please find a new garage to partner with because Pinnacle clearly cannot handle the volume.
To the owner: you might not have control over the traffic patterns which create insane wait times downtown. But you do have control over what you tell your customers. Perhaps a warning ahead of time? Oh, I don't know, but maybe you could tell your customers that it might take them HOURS and HOURS to exit the garage. Take a little responsibility for the business you run. People would be able to make informed decisions if you all were up front with your customers. Premier parking. Please.
Wouldn't recommend for a concert. Took me two hours to get out of my parking spot. I was on the 4th floor for whatever that's worth. I almost seen two fights from frustrated punters trying to exit. I prepaid for my parking pass, I tried to scan it multiple times before the attendant finally said scanner don't work, just grap a ticket. No issues leaving once I got to the gate, people working there couldn't care less.
Parking was over priced. On a weekend all day was $25 but there wasn’t even an option for when we left only being there for an hour. The worse is that we went back to park there in evening since it was so crowded and it took a half hour just to leave the parking structure. Save your time and park a bit farther away at a better parking structure or find a different way to get yourself to your destination.
My wife and I prepaid for parking here for a concert. Then we saw all the negative reviews but as first timers to Nashville we just hopped for the best. Our experience at the Pinnacle was great easy in and easy out. Don't get me wrong getting out took about 30 min. And we were parked on the second floor. But with traffic so busy down town I kind of expected it. I would park here again
We (2 adults, 4 kids) were parked on the 4th level for a Disney show and we've currently been sitting, STUCK in the same place for 30 minutes. All you smell are fumes which definitely aren't good and if there is an emergency, they wouldn't get to you. If I could give zero stars I would!! Definitely don't recommend parking here, ever!!!!
I prepaid for parking for Saturday night June 10th2023 thru SpotHero, we try to leave the garage by scanning the barcode that I was given and the machine says No current ticket found for the barcode. So, we had to pay the parking fee again so we could exit the parking garage. I would like my money back please!
We parked here twice while in Nashville for a long weekend. We prepaid $25 for the Thomas Rhett concert on Saturday Sept 30. And parked here for the day on Friday. We paid $35 and were parked there all day. The deck felt very safe and attendants were on site to help navigate. Would park here again!
It was nice to know I had a parking spot in the area for a concert. However, getting out afterwards was a clusterf. Really Nashville needs to do better directing traffic after events.
