We are a family of four who are in Toronto for a year. We approach Chris (and many other car dealers) about second hand cars. The one that took our interest was a Subaru Outback Chris had advertised. Some of the attributes Chris displayed that made the whole transaction easy for us were: - Excellent transparency. He did not try to hide anything about the vehicle and was open in relation to costs. - Patience. As a 'foreigner' to Ontario Chris worked through the insurance, licensing, payment aspects with time and care. - Follow-up. With his on-site mechanic business any issues with the car after sale are easy to deal with, its not like we have to take a car we purchased from a dealer to a different mechanic. The team took care of the cars certification and while there were some things that they could have possibly got away with not doing, they absorbed them in the sale price. Thanks to Chris and the team we have a safe and (so far) reliable car for the year.

Chris and Frank were very friendly and respectful. I reached out to buy a Honda CRV on Auto Trader and within the hour Frank had given me a call to answer and questions and tell me what they were about. I was able to go down the next day to see the car and take it for a test drive. It was an older car and i noticed some knocks and bruises here and there. Chris offered to fix everything up prior to pick up after purchase. Chris assured me everything would be taken care of and it was!!! Not only were they friendly but they stuck to their word and their contract is the best around. 3 years warranty on engine and transmission. Chris then proceeded to register the car for me through service Ontario as well as safety it. There was no headaches as a purchaser just had to pay for the vehicle and pick it up. I would do future business with Chris any time due to his personality and work ethic. Great guys wish them all the best!!!!

Well Ill say this Ive soured on the car buying experience, never really liked the process. But had to get a car looking through Google I found this place saw the reviews and better yet called the gentleman myself. From start to finish and still Mr Chris aims to please. I know it doesnt matter which car you buy new or used there will be problems but Chris really does go above and beyound to take care of his customers. I can say I truly believe in his reviews because he seriously cares about SERVICE and with that being said hes gotta shop that will cater to my new to me car needs because I will continue to deal with him happily. Thank you very much Mr. Chris for doin all that you can of course within reason to help us out. Its is appreciated. Oh yeah the warranty isnt so bad either.

It was an absolute pleasure purchasing a vehicle with these guys. They maintain their stock, online as well, and I found a couple of vehicles in my price range on Autotrader which were for sale at Premium Auto Wholesale on Kincourt. I decided to visit their shop and saw immediately they deal in road worthy vehicles. I did a little comparative shopping and visited 6 more dealerships that day. In the end I went straight back to Premium Auto Wholesale. There was no better vehicle or value for my money for sale in the neighbourhood. I drove away in a pristine well detailed car. So I bought a used 2010 Ford Escape from Frank at premium auto…Frank was nice and knowledgeable. Like other used car dealer where they try to sell by saying all the magical things…Frank was legit straightforward didn’t try to push me on anything he showed me the options and I took it for a spin on 2 cars ended up with Ford Escape…and I mentioned regarding the AC that was been solved during my delivery….Frank reduced the price and gave me a sweet deal on rust proofing…so comparing the hot market for the money I paid…I got 3 years of warranty or 60,000 for engine and transmission…came with certification….which is a good deal…..comparing other dealers in market Premium auto is doing gr8……also post purchase Frank offered discounts on oil change etc…so highly recommend!!

When we visited the Premium Auto dealership, Frank welcomed us, before that we had been to a few other auto dealerships which were disappointing, and Frank immediately became sympathetic, he didn't try to talk us into the first car, he asked us what we needed. Great experience at Premium Auto Wholesale. From start to finish Frank was a class act. I have been looking for a used vehicle for some time, but many I stumbled across were high mileage and "AS IS". After several disappointing ventures, I happened upon my ideal vehicle at Premium Auto Wholesale, and jumped at it. It was decent mileage, certified and a great deal. They also provide a 3 year warranty with all of their vehicles to give you peace of mind. You can tell from their inventory that they take to time to curate the cars they sell... not like other dealerships that buy everything they can find and sell refurbished garbage. I would go back, and I would definitely encourage other people to check this place out.

Do yourself a favor, dont buy your vehicle from these guys. They are liars and crooks. I had paid a bit more for a used car than was market value, and asked Chris "is there anything that needs attention right out of the gate,I'd like to fix it all now, whatever needs it"... no nothing's wrong he said, I've since in two and a half months of owning the vehicle spent what I paid for it in repairs. Avoid these guys at all costs. Buy privately, pay a good mechanic to look it over, fix it, safety it, you'll be miles (or in my case dollars) ahead. The attached photo shows the undisclosed accident that was crushing my condenser and rad, which I just replaced at great expense.

What a big surprise!! I would never have bought my 2012 Nissan in just one visit at Premium Auto if it wasn’t for my complete trust in Chris and Frank. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I bought my 2009 Chevy Equinox from Chris (and Frank!) about a month ago and I honestly couldn't be happier. Don't buy cars at Premium Auto Wholesale. They sell bad quality cars. If you buy cars here, in a year or two the cars will have major problems that will cost you a lot. I bought a car here and less than 3 years the car became a piece of junk and worthless. What am I going to do with the junk car ? Just burn it ? It really made me frustration.
