I wanted to use a local florist directly to send some birthday flowers as opposed to placing an order that would be distributed through a chain. I was easily able to reach the business owner Ana directly and take her advice on the type of bouquet I had in mind. My friend was delighted with her flowers which arrived very promptly on a Saturday morning. The photos of the flowers, both from my happy friend and from Ana were exactly what I had in mind.
