Paid for a mini detail today, and quickly realised how terribke the quality of work was, seeing as how I'm going to have to go over alot of there work due to the poor job they did im pretty flabbergasted that they arnt filled with 1 star reviews. I was really hoping for a good job but got far from that on the inside of the car and the outside of the car. Would yeah really not satisfied with the level of work. If I could post pictures I would, but the mags were poorly cleaned and still really dirty, they left liquids all over the car, and left so many marks and dirt on the outside it's laughable..

I came to get my car washed and was blown away by the care and attention to detail that I witnessed. The guys working there made sure to understand what it was that I wanted done and made sure it was done properly. My visit to Preston Car Wash exceeded my expectations for the price that I paid I will definitely be coming back… it was precise, thorough and not rushed. The loyalty program that they offer is also an added bonus. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend them!! Thanks for a great wash and vacuum. Highly appreciated

After driving from Jindabyne to Lake Entrance through mountains and later to Melbourne I thought that it would be impossible to wash my tiny car properly...but when I returned to pick it up I started talk to the man with big smile reflected in my shiny car as it was so lustrous that I mistook the mirror image with a real person ...just joking...thank you. I will return for sure...it was one month ago but I write the review now...keep great work...

I was recently gifted a car detailing voucher for Preston Car Wash. They managed to squeeze in my booking amidst the Christmas chaos and, despite some initial miscommunication, Monty and the team did an absolutely brilliant job. My car feels brand new again. (Now my husband wants to go get his car done. ) They have a great range of services for either yourself or a gift for someone else, so don't hesitate to give them a call.

Not much attention to detail. Just wanted cut and polish but got upsold and I shouldn't have done it. Pretty loose job and fabric still marked/stained. Entire interior plastics not really touched. Inspired me to use my own tools at home (where I got the marks out quite easily). Expensive lesson. Perhaps I just had higher expectations of what detail means and this is normal to most people...

I was quite impressed with not only the quality of the wash that my SUV received, but also the knowledge of the staff. They were extremely friendly and willing to accomodate all of my requests. I will definitely be bringing my car back and recommending this car wash to all my family and friends.

My friend recommended me to try these guys out. I am so glad i did !! best experience i have ever had. Car came out looking like new and i got to relax on the massage chair whilst the car got detailed difinately going back every 2 weeks.

My Toyota car came for a major cleaning, and I found the staff here to be very welcoming and nice. Although they didn't pay attention to some small details, their attitude was very good. Will come again next time I have a chance!

I am very particular about my Tesla. I am very happy with the Excellent and prompt service with superb waiting area. Car was superbly done in detail. I was able to charge my mobile and have a coffee while waiting.
