DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE! I will give it a zero if I could! this not my first time here! (Skip the first paragraph if you want to hear about my current visit to this place!) More than a year ago, I went to get all my hair colour the same shade of brown, however after a one wash the colour faded away and started revealing all the red in my hair again! I complained to her but she convinced me it was my fault .She made me feel bad about not paying because she had a ‘family’ to support so I paid her 20 on top of the original price I paid for my hair, to correct my hair again.. I was naive to not understand how these unprofessional hairdresser can scam you into more money by doing your hair bad with worse products so you can come back and redo it so they will make more money! Well.. Like a fool, I currently decided to go to get ash blond highlights! It was on Saturday at 11.30am, But I got 15 minutes late but I called before hand to let her know. When i arrived there was a girl sat there from 10am to get her hair done! Nevertheless, she sat me down and started prepping my hair for highlights and put a cap on my head (this was my first experience with highlight cap) and it covered my eyes! I sat there for 20 minutes confused about where she went because I coudn't see and didn’t know if i could move the cap from my hair! Anyways, after her bleaching and toning my hair, I did not leave the place until 4.30pm! Because she is the only person working, plus she is store manager and has her daughter working with her but she is too young to do anything or not qualified enough to help (I don’t think it’s legal for kids to work)! She was overbooked! That in-between doing my hair and the poor girl next to me! The manager kept wondering off to wax, thread and even cut other people hair. By the time she finished my hair, it didn’t look the worst because the lights in the room were too dim to notice the colour! At that point I was exhausted from being sat there all that time that I paid her £60 pound (short hair) and left! Ps. the girl next to me was still sat there not finished, she was only getting dip dye/ombre effect! When I got home I examined my hair and the highlights were all over the place and too thick! (I did complain about this when I was at the salon but she told me after few washes it will blend in!) After 1st wash, I noticed my hair turning into a orange bleached colour as if the toner was fading and the highlights looked more patchy and by the 2nd wash my hair highlights turned a complete different shade of orange! Nowhere near the hair colour she told me it will be.. I was so embarrassed, hated my hair and tried hiding it my putting it in a pony! I decided to call her but it wasn’t her on the phone, it was her young unprofessional daughter that doesn’t know what to say, so she told me to come in! I went back to the salon few days later. Explained what has happened to my hair and that I will not pay extra for her to fix my hair because it is unfair! She agreed and told me she will sort it out... then she started getting her daughter to wet my hair whilst she mixes the colours! While she was doing this, I was trying ask her what colour and what she going to do but she didn’t answer and started randomly asking me “why would you come back when I explained to you in the consultation that your hair will not go ash blond” however, in the consultation she showed the closest shade of ash blond she will be able to do (it definitely wasn’t yellow/orange). I tried to explain to her but she was really rude and start over speaking me and started to comment on my hair, that my hair is stubborn, damaged, etc! Then she started to touch my hair in a rough and rude manner to explain that I should atleast pay her for helping me by redoing my hair (That she ruined). I had enough at that point told she very unprofessional, rude! I will never pay a dime at this place! This was by far the worse experience, she has no customer skills, no respect, no manner and no skills whatsoever!

I had colouring disaster on Saturday morning at home and was called hundred of numbers for professional help as I am going for my holiday on Monday morning. It was emergency because my hair was purple! From loreal rich rose gold, they turn out light silvery purple, plus roots completely yellow. It was horrible. Pretty woman I discovered by accident and the very kind lady was able to help me, but I needed to be there fast for appontment. I am glad she had the time. Many hairdressers ignored me when I needed help at that time without booking. Lady took a little sample of my purple hair and checked Their condition and we discussed the new colour. I was scared that I am no longer will be blond because bleach could damage my hair so decided to fix it with dark chocolate. OMG, that woman is fantastic!!!! She didn't only saved my hair but changed my appearing with stunning choco dark brown hair, the colour is dip and rich and blends perfectly. She made me pretty woman! I thought that I will pay a fortune but money shocked me more at the end of my visit. Thank you again for saving me, for making my hair look healthy and pretty and for your time as for me you even thought doing overtime on Saturday evening in comparison to other hairdressers. Life saving! ❤️

horrible experience — I had an appointment today at 9:30am and we had arrived at the premises at 9:25am. the woman arrived half an hour later then the appointment time agreed on. as well as that, we were taken down in their cellar for the facial only to find the cellar was in a horrible condition. there were dirty towels, the room was damp and dirty bits of tissue and cloth everywhere. this is a health and safety issue as it was hard for us to breathe in, there was a massive lack of hygiene. the facial on the phone was promised to be of an hour long yet she let us go in half an hour, doing stuff that could easily be done at home. I am not satisfied at all and will not be coming back for a facial as the conditions were horrible. we also asked for the eyebrows to be tidied up and she failed to even tidy them up. she was conversing on the phone with family members as well which shows her lack of devotion towards her work.

Lady "A" manager spoke rudely and threw money in change back at me dropping some. I'd visited her for almost 8 years and I told her I wasn't happy with my eyebrows which she would normally ask me about anyway and instead of treating me like a loyal customer she ensured I never return to her again. Apart from this, they don't clean the chairs and use the same disgusting equipment that's used for others. Especially with COVID i would have thought they took this seriously but they don't. She also speaks in her mother tongue and walks off not giving you the attention you deserve. Find her rude and revolting and I've since taken myself elsewhere to someone who is reasonably priced, CLEAN and polite. Avoid at all costs if you know what's good for you. I would give her a 0 if I had the choice.

I went today and decided to get get fringe cut, the woman there played me, I showed her the picture and she goes like "that's very short" and I told her to not do anything with the back of my hair, I told her many times but she insisted on trimming it a bit, I thought since its a professionals advice I should take it but who knew, and she just cut the ends. You couldn't even tell a difference, how ever what she didn't tell me is that It increases the payment, after my hair was done. She said that the cost was £25 when it's £5 for a fringe, I ask her why and she says that she did my full head and trimmed my hair, and that it is a full haircut. I literally look the same as before my hairline is just in the middle and she charged me £25 for it. Never going there again, do not recommend.

I am so glad! Went to this salon yesterday for the first time and had an haircut. First of all, I called the hairdresser yesterday and they have managed to take me the same day eventhough it was for sure a busy afternoon.. My hair cut is even better than what I was excepting/hoping. I have curly hair and sadly I have lost a lot of hair the last few years. Because of that and because I had few bad haircut experiences, I was really stressed out to cut my hair after nearly 3 years without. I spoke to the lady who will cut my hair after the shampoo, it was hard for her to understand me ( because of me! my english and definetly my emotions) but she took time to truly understand what was in my mind. She was so kind and supportive! Above all she did a perfect job with my hair!!

I went this place yesterday with my daughter for a hair cut 6 pm and she cuts my daughter's hair without washing without blow-dry and simple dry hair cut cost 25 pounds that ok for me doesn't matter but at least do your job like professional And a beautiful Lady said we are only taking appointments but there are no mention On the website and no front of her shop and she said I'm so tired I'm working from 9 am in the morning So what that's no customers problem if you are tired you go home close your shop simple don't waste your and customer time if you are not done your job that call unprofessional, my daughter was so upset with me after this, Never recommend this place

I went to Afsha on the 1st of April 2019, I asked for a balayage, I wanted it quite light and afsha did an absolutely amazing job I was so impressed with my results and would always recommend going back! She made Me feel really comfortable the whole time I was there and the end results was definitely worth the wait! She has amazing prices and I couldn’t recommend her enough! If you are enquiring for someone who’s amazing with hair I would definitely recommend Afsha! This place was highly professional and knew exactly what I wanted! Love my new hair ☺️☺️☺️

I loved it. It was fantastic and super kind and friendly. She did an amazing job on my hair and i absolutely love it so so much. This haircut is the best i have had in ages. The best thing about it is that even though it was really hard work and she was tired she still did everything she could and gave me an amazing haircut and she also kept the same price no matter how thick my hair was ( other hair stylists would ask for much more since there's more hair). Loved it so much and would recommend it so much.

Do not come here for blonde/ash blonde hair! Asked her repeatedly if she could do it and she reassured me that she could. My hair turned out orange and I paid £80 for it! Asked the owner if she could fix it and she said I would have to pay up to £60 extra even though she ruined it! Was very rude on the phone and wouldn’t own up to not getting the right colour and blamed it on my hair being too dark. Had to go to another salon to fix it and they were able to without a problem. Won’t be coming here again!

Indescribable!! A place with great service, friendly people who are very professional at what they do. The prices, in terms of what they offer and provide, are very reasonable too! My session was a bit challenging and difficult as the hair style and colour choice were very specific, however, I was surprised by how great everything turned out to be. It was better than i expected! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a flawless beauty salon! Many thanks to everyone there!

I am based in london.I came to visit my sister ,and she recomended this parlour due to her friend who is a regular customer. It was my first time so i was a bit nervous and worried but i would say it was just amazing experience allhumdullilah. Staff is very friendly, specially Afshan, who did my haircut.It was just like how i wanted. So both me and my sister had haircut and we look fresh and young again. Thanks Afshan for brilliant job. Obviously would be coming again.

Got my party make up done from here, it turned out absolutely rubbish! The makeup base didn't even match my skin tone and was very dry on the skin. The lady smudged black eye shadow all around my eye and when I told her to fix it, she said it was the shadow of my eyelashes. The makeup looked very old and crusty and the brushes were dirty. It was all very unhygienic. Would not recommend anyone who use this salon to get their makeup done. Completely ruined my day!

It was my first time at the salon. Afshan was very accommodating even though I ran late for my appointment. I went for a wash, cut & blow dry. I usually am nervous going to salons because the last few times I went to my local salons I had bad experiences. However, I left this salon feeling so happy with my hair. This salon is my usual place where i get eye brows and face done the owner is amazing she knows everythign she is the best if anyone wants to get brows or wax done i suggest them to come here ... today i brought my friend here to get her hair done and it looks amazing i dont really trust anyone with my eyebrows or face but i deffo trust pretty women the owner shes amazing 100% shes got a lovely personality to

Afshan the owner did such a fantastic job on my hair. I came all the way from Birmingham to get my hair done. She is reasonably priced as well. She has very good knowledge on colour and how it works on your hair. Only thing I would say is it was very cold in the salon. But she gave me a cup of tea to warm me up. I will recommend and definitely come back InShaAllah.

Great salon. Arrived with no appointment and they fitted me in. The lady that did my hair spent a good amount of time on it. I didn't feel rushed its a calm quiet environment. I was so happy with my full head colour and highlights it turned out amazing. I would definetly recommend this place and it will now be my regular. Thank you to all the staff at pretty woman.

After last minute cancellations, I searched on google for ladies hairdressers for my Mrs. Pretty woman salon came up and we decided to book an appointment. We travelled from Oldham with tension however we received, Great service, the staff were very welcoming and the results were amazing. My Mrs got what she wanted and we were pleased.

I loved how Afshan transformed my hair and stayed calm through out the whole procedure as I had explained to her before hand about my doubts. The experience was wonderful and I was very happy with the results . She gave me the haircut exactly how I wanted . I recommended Pretty Woman to a friend who also was very happy with her hair.

Was apprehensive going in as the reviews were a mixed bag. Afshan did a great job and relayered my hair properly. Afshan doesn’t talk unnecessarily like hairdressers feel the need to, just the right amount of chat and she doesn’t push overpriced hair products like other places.

Worst haircut experience ever. The hair stylist was not friendly at all. She was too harsh with my hair, which led to uneven haircut and a lot of unnecessary hairfall. I would never recommend this saloon to anyone and would never go for any service what so ever.

Worst hairdressers ever. Very rude, very rough, I was in tears at how hard she was pulling my hair. Asked for plum red color, came out with bright ginger roots! Not even an apology and even demanded full payment. Don't waste your money and go to a proper salon
