I love the cleanliness and tidiness of this Priceline. The makeup section looks so professional and clearly arranged which makes it so much faster to find what you are looking for. The range is smaller than other Pharmacy but I can always trust that the essential basic items are always available. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. The store is little tricky to find given the current road works on Albert Street for Cross River rail and the minimum signage on the road. But they are there! They are tucked in the little side alley on the left of StarBucks Albert Street, Nando's or Oaks Festival towers. Note they are only open Monday to Fridays (at this point).

Today proved that the Human Spirit is still certainly alive. I made a call to this store today to chase some vacinne details, which I thought in todays operating standards would be hard as usual. But..... Laura ( The Manager), certainly understands customer service at the most elite level. Her communication skills, and prompt honest information deliverance, made this experience an absolute pleasure to say the least. Not only did I get what I requested, it also made me feel as I was in the Albert Street Priceline. That experience for me is very rare today. So, congratulations Laura!!!

First impression was , a clean store with good amount of stock on the shelves. I was greeted when I walked in and the lady who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was asked if I was a Priceline member and how this would benefit me. The store is smaller than some I have been to but had everything I needed. A pleasant experience, staff know their stuff and that's reassuring. Thumbs up for Albert Street Priceline.

I’ve tried several times to actually get to this pharmacy but the hours are just ridiculous. I can’t make it from work. Most pharmacies in the cbd stay open at least until 7pm. This pharmacy is at a very prime and central location which is wasted by the inconvenient hours, which include being closed on weekends (Who does that in the city???)

Amazing staff and pharmacists. Always so friendly and helpful. Also convenient as a delivery point for Australia Post. I just wish this pharmacy opens later on Friday night and opens on Saturday. I'm sure many that live at the nearby apartments would appreciate that.

Sneaky charges. I don't mind paying for bags when I know I'm going to pay. However asking a customer if they would like a bag without mentioning there will be a fee, is wrong.

Was laughed at for asking for cold sore medicine. Was handed the wrong item. Staff were very rude and unwelcoming

Good range of cosmetics & toiletries. Staff were helpful & friendly.
