Eloise was so fantastic! I am managing the most scripts I’ve ever had to manage and she rescued me when I was confused and showed me the new app to track my repeats etc. she was patient, non-judgemental and lovely. Each time I go back I’ll be secretly hoping it’s her working that day.

Dodgy - replaces medicines for scripts with generics without telling you, and slips syringes in with your medicine "in case you need them" which seems nice until you get to the counter and they try and charge you for them without anyone telling you.
