Love the recent experience I had at the Priceline Pharmcy Bonnyrigg. A massive shout out & thank you to Merna makeup and skin care specialist!! She spent at least 15-20 minutes with me explaining all things about skincare, she drew out a cute little plan! she is one of the most honest people I have ever met. Didn’t try to force me to buy me everything & wasn’t fake about it either, so knowledgeable. Helped me get a concealer to cover the vitaligo that’s slowly started to appear on my face & helped me with new foundation with a perfect match. Definitely my go to place from now on. This beautiful soul deserves a tonne of recognition for all her efforts, thank you Merna xx

Was charged wrong yesterday over $20 which was fine it happens even tho it wasted my time. But then I get home and find out I was charged incorrectly for another 3 items that I can remember, two foot mask was $7 but got charged $9.99, and lip balm that had $4.99 on the item was charged $5.49 and who knows what else the lip balm, it was taped up with the price, I asked if it had been used she said no we just tape it up so no one can use it, it was clearly used when I opened it. Just go to Liverpool they wouldn’t look at you like your ripping them off, when clearly they are ripping you off. No sisterhood feeling here.

There staff awesome , if you have kids though ask for miss smiley she really can turn any day into a smiley day, keep up great work use are amazing. Covid safe at the door, there always help available and if they get busy in there they always apologise and fantastic, I prefer to ring up ahead of time then just come in and grab what I need but again fantastic staff.

Staff are very friendly and helpful especially the ladies at the registers and cosmetic side of priceline Always happy to help and order if they don't have products in stock Special mention goes out to a lovely lady named Barbara very professional and helpful to me many times thankyou Barbara

Staff in the pharmacy team are nice. For many years i had no luck with my asthma preventer thats because i have been doing it wrong the whole time. Pharamacist Michelle, was very helpful and took her time to show me how to use my asthma preventer properly. Thanks for that.

Really poor when staff can’t wear a face mask appropriately over their mouth and nose. Especially when we are in a hotspot during this pandemic. Won’t be returning. Such a same too when other staff members are so lovely with great customer service.

The stores are super clean and tidy like very other Priceline Pharmacy, the customer service is on an another level, I have failed to walk into a store without being asked if I needed help, which is great to see. Store is always fully stocked.

Clearly no guidelines on charging. Bought Somac (reflux meds) charged $19.30!!! Yet 1 month prior i picked up at Penna's Green Valley for $ 8.00. (Wasn't generic brand). Disgraceful!!! I make sure never to go back. Be Warned.

The Manager and staff are so helpful, especially during this trying time for us all. Hope they manage a bit of a break during the festive season...they're always there for me and my family.

Pharmacist Michelle did both my Covid Pfizer booster and a flu vaccine. She was very lovely and gentle! I appreciate all her help along with the lovely and helpful team at this pharmacy ♥️

Great service. The young sales assistant was very helpful. I needed some coughing mixture and she went back and forth talking to the pharmacist about getting the right one for me.

Called up and was hung up on when I called to see if they had the make up they were looking for! Disgusting service! Definitely won't shop there again

Pharmacists are quite knowledgeable. Shame that their market is more about selling make up. It should be about the pharmacy and the drugs

Worst Priceline ever. The manager is so rude, and same goes for the staff with their attitude. Definitely don't go there.
