Today I went to the pharmacy to get a prescription with my 5 kids. One of my kids decided it was a great time to have a tantrum and was screaming pretty much as soon as we got there and the whole time I was there. As I line up to put my prescription in I was approached straight away by a staff member whom put my script in straight away which was so kind, obviously understanding my intention was to be in and out. The pharmacist and the lady at the front counter were kind as well. Just lovely and understanding staff exspecially in a time when I was frustrated. Thank you

I would have rated 0 if there was an option My husband has been told to wait for 10 minutes to get the prescription ready & we had an infant with us. After being asked after 20 mins, Caroline- the manager was so rude to us and literally felt racism. Management team really needs to consider the staffing. Will never visit again and will inform the friends about the same.

I quickly ducked into the shop to get make up before a party n I had the shop assistant watch me n my daughter the whole time even getting in the way when I was trying to look for a lipstick. Not a comfortable experience at all. Won't ever go back again. There is a difference between helpful n friendly n just plain treating u like ur going to steal things.

Develop a relationship with your pharmacist. The advice and care is greatly enhanced if you include them in your medical team. You can achieve this at this Pharmacy.

EXTREMELY overpriced. A normal antibiotic (1st repeat)cost $14.95, on Saturday at pharmacy watehouse underwood the exact same antibiotic only cost $6.99.

Got ripped off. Flu shot cost $24.95 each while my local pharmacy only charges $17. Was told price gone up because of high demand. Won't be coming back.

I love this pharmacy. They always help out with anything you need. The staff are great! We do miss Will who was awesome but we still love the staff.
