Mum & Baby experience - Rude staff member - Priceline Carindale UPPER, Monday, 19 April 2021 at 2:10 pm On Monday, 19 April 2021 at 2:10 pm my wife and our daughter visited the Carindale Priceline Upper store. Following her visit she came home extremely distraught about the customer service which she experienced. Situation - Upon visiting this store my wife selected an Olay eye cream which she proceeded to the front counter to purchase and began looking for her wallet. She was holding our baby in one arm and looking for her wallet with the other arm in the pram at the same time. After a few seconds she realised that there was another lady standing opposite her to purchase a item. She apologised for the wait and signaled to this customer to go ahead while she located her wallet in which she proceeded to do. The staff member in question is a middle-aged lady with short pink hair tied back with a side part (my wife was too embarrassed from the situation to return and ask for the staff members name). The staff member scoffed and remarked at the time it was taking my wife to look for her wallet to this other customer IN FRONT of my wife. My wife was extremely embarrassed and upset at such treatment made by the Priceline staff member (particularly with the fact she was juggling our baby in one arm) that she immediately returned the eye cream to the shelf and exited the store. Upon exiting the store she turned to look back to ensure that our baby didn't drop her toy on the way out and witnessed the same staff member laughing at my wife leaving the store and trying to joke with the same customer customer about it. I feel horrible that my wife has experienced this treatment from Priceline after she has been a loyal customer for years let alone being treated by another female like this. I would urge anyone wanting to shop at Priceline to avoid this store and go to another. My wife does not feel comfortable shopping at Priceline at all if that is the way they treat their customers.

I recently had a deeply unsatisfying experience at Priceline Carindale upper. The lack of concern they showed for their customers was alarming. I had a simple inquiry about a product, but the staff seemed disinterested and barely bothered to help. It's disheartening to see such apathy towards customers who are the lifeblood of any business. The customer service I encountered was abysmal. The employees were not only unhelpful but also displayed a rude and dismissive attitude. Basic courtesy and respect were nowhere to be found during my visit. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. But the problems didn't end there. I couldn't help but notice that the store consistently fails to keep its shelves stocked. This seems like a fundamental aspect of running a pharmacy, yet Priceline continuously disappoints in this regard. The frustration of finding empty shelves or the product I needed constantly out of stock was incredibly disheartening. Overall, my experience at Priceline was nothing short of a letdown. The lack of concern for customers, bad customer service, disrespectful attitude from staff, and the persistent stock issues make it challenging to justify returning. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before shopping at Priceline, as it might save them from experiencing the same disappointment I did.

RUDE is how I would describe one of the pharmacists (with pinkish colored hair). Called the pharmacy to ask for a particular medical product, was told they definitely have it. My daughter then drove there, only to be told that they don’t. She called me and I said I would call them again while she was still in the store. When I rang, I was told that I was speaking to one of the pharmacists and that she could see that my daughter was speaking to the other pharmacist. She then proceeded to tell me that she had asked the other staff members and no one had received an earlier call. (Yes, I confirmed it was the upper floor Priceline). I was then told that we were now not only wasting the other pharmacists time but her time as well, and I add, in a very RUDE manner ! I don’t intend on wasting anyone’s time, especially a pharmacists, but I do detest basically being called a liar. Daughter confirmed that whilst she was in the store it was not busy at all and the other staff member had said she had only asked a couple of staff. SO, obviously someone had taken my call just not the ones they asked! I suggest that Priceline look at who they employ!

I have been a customer of priceline pharmacy at Westfield Carindale for many years. They do my Webster Packs with my medication. This year I have reached the PBS safety net, making all my prescriptions after that date, free of charge. EVERY SINGLE MONTH, the pharmacist [Name Removed] from the Carindale store tries to charge me amounts ranging between $17 and $30 and EVERY SINGLE MONTH I complain and they take it out the back and change it to $0. I 100% believe that they do this to people and just hope they will pay. I am disgusted at the blatant attempt to rip me off so regularly. I never get an apology. I will now be moving my scripts to a different pharmacy for my Webster packs. Be warned.

I go here regularly. The lovely lady with the black hair in the perfume section is lovely. Anna (smiley from IGA ) is a legend. And Sophia is always wonderful and happy for a quick joke or a crack and always gives you 100 % attention. Stewart fails to listen to instructions and tends to do his own thing on occasion. The new girl with pink hair is revolting. I sat for 15 minutes completely forgotten when she took My ticket and completely forget me. Thankfully Sofia realized I'd been waiting for ages.

Darcy, one of the staff working there was very helpful and super friendly!! I was just after a specific serum and wanted to know more about it. She was able to help me find the one I wanted right away! She knows what she is talking about and knows the client's needs well, she even went the extra mile to recommend other complimentary products that was within my interests, i definitely left the store as a happy customer :)

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to! The staff are lovely, and friendly and they deserve a pay rise and yearly bonuses. Definitely more than five stars. :)

Visited this place today and the lady at the counter was very friendly and very helpful. Good customer service still exists
