I had an incredibly disappointing and embarrassing experience at Chastwood Priceline Pharmacy recently. Despite paying my bill in full at the time of purchase, I was unjustly accused by the staff of not settling my payment. This accusation not only caused me unnecessary stress but also left me feeling humiliated and embarrassed. After being accused, I returned to the pharmacy armed with evidence to prove that I had indeed paid. However, instead of handling the situation discreetly and professionally. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, especially when providing proof of payment. Accusing customers without thorough verification is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the integrity of the establishment. It is their responsibility to ensure accurate record-keeping and handle any discrepancies discreetly, without causing unnecessary embarrassment. Unfortunately, Chastwood Priceline Pharmacy failed to uphold these standards. Instead of rectifying the situation promptly and discreetly, they mishandled the accusation, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with their customer service. Due to this distressing experience, I am hesitant to return to Chastwood Pharmacy in the future. I hope that they take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that other customers are not subjected to similar embarrassing situations in the future.

Despite the Store claimed that they have changed their management, it is extremely unpleasant to experience one of their pharmacists (Asian mid-age female) in the rude and arrogant way when all they need to confirm for me is 1) whether my prescription has arrived so that I can receive my medicine 2) if not, advise in a friendly way what should be the next steps so that I can get my medicine in an efficient way. Instead, the pharmacist was extremely defensive when she found out no prescription can be found (when I didn't even make any complaints), and used assumptions that it was the mistake from my GP's end or my end. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this Priceline for at least the pharmacy service, particularly when there are so many friendly ones in Chatswood (for this instance, I went to another one on Victoria Avenue street, which provided me with my prescribed medicine straight away).

Worst experience. Went and bought skin care and suncare products due to the promotion where we get free skin products when you spend $69. The employee working today’s shift in upper priceline branch in chatswood westfield at 1700hrs acted like she did not even know that the promotion was there. We paid our bill which was enough for the promotional item and then waited for the free bag but did not get any then she told us that we should have told her that we were buying stuff because of free products and that she had already made us pay , she can not give us the free bag and hesitated to give us the bag when I could clearly see the Aussie woman before us take the bag without any issue. At last we got the bag, but this free bag feels like a donation from that employee. Priceline should clearly teach their employee regarding their promotions and customer service.

MIXED REVIEW New pharmacy upstairs at Chatswood Westfield. Pharmacist behind counter couldn’t have been more helpful. Absolutely lovely and went out of her way with my medicines. However, blonde Sales woman on cash register didn’t want feedback. None of us in line could work out which way the line went, so I politely let her know. Her response? ‘You’ll need to talk to management about that.’ What a stupid response in this day and age. NPS much? So I said, surely you can pass that onto management. She didn’t like that one bit. The whole time she was very defensive and her tone of voice was very much like - how dare I give feedback. So very mixed reviews. 19/11/21 at 11am

I walked in for a BB cream and asked Azzy for help , i walked out with 8 products thanks to his experience and knowledge . He went out of his way for me , going upstairs to bring me what he knew would be best for my skin . He was absolutely amazing .. The most competent consultant i have ever dealt with ....Thank you so much Azzy . Makasi banyak !! Well done Priceline for hiring such a passionate person that can communicate - he really knows his stuff :)

Took overseas visitors here today to pick up some face creams and met Azzy as he asked if we wanted some assistance. Have never met such amazing staff at Priceline before, where I would even want to send feedback! He is extremely knowledgeable, genuine and super fun as he was introducing us to all the latest and most popular products. Would definitely come back to this store just for him! Thank you for the samples as well. You are absolutely amazing!

I can’t thank Priceline staff member Azy enough! Not only did he stop to help me as he was about to finish his shift, but spent the next 20 min taking me through skin care products, showing me what he used and even giving me some mini samples to take home. He took the time to assess my skin, ask questions and gave genuine recommendations. Thank you so much Azy! Because of you I won’t go to any other Priceline store but the one you’re working at :)

The pharmacist ordered me the wrong vaccine, which was only discovered by the GP. They claimed I had given them the wrong script, but this couldn't definitely not have been the case. Then they lost my original script, wasting even more of my time. They didn't apologise or even immediately offer a refund. I did get a refund, and went to a different pharmacy.

They don’t close at 6pm. They close the doors entirely at 5.50pm. Any other shop I wouldn’t care about the difference but being it a pharmacy where people in some cases go to buy medicines, being kicked out before official closure doesn’t help. If they want to close at 5.50 then don’t write 6pm because people count on google opening hours to be reliable.

Today, around 2-2.30pm I had the pleasure to be assisted by 2 lovely Asian males. (shame I cannot remember their names) One of them helped me a lot with eye liners and lipsticks - he really knows his stuff. Very impressive!! And the other one, was the cashier at the time. Just an outstanding customer service!!! Well Done!

Compared with more of the Priceline store, Chatswood store I feel the best one. They would keep nice to ask you do you need any help. Not like others Priceline just don't want to help you. especially the casher, they are really nice. Because I have been to World Square store, Chatswood store gets me a surprised.

Thanks to Azzy for the amazing customer service!!!! His knowledge and suggestions are very helpful but not forceful. I liked that he has available tester and hygienic way of trying it out. Also the rest of the staff in this branch are quite friendly and approachable.

Manager named saroj, super rude and arrogant!! Not friendly and not apologetic for inconvenience caused. Invaded our personal space and even hit my hand. Definitely contacting headoffice!! Dont support this priceline. Other priceline has far better customer service.

I used to go shopping there often, I had a bad experience with one of the male workers. As they proceeded to bag check me, a black women and not the white friend I was with. Although most of the staff a lovely, but two of the male workers are impolite.

Very disappointed at Priceline Chatswood Westfield. I got urgent purchase needed.. Rang the store at 8:54pm, was told will close in 5mins, arrived there at 8:56pm,but the gate was fully closed and three ladies was talking at the counter ignored me.

I was approached by Nur in the cosmetics section and she showed me a concealer and how to apply it properly. She took the time and care with exactly what I was looking for. I’m amazed at the life changing result I’ve had because of her expertise.

I am so glad I went here for my first makeup shopping the staff Azzy was so helpful and friendly. He recommended all the products I need very quickly and precisely. Definitely would come back for future makeup shopping …

The Chatswood priceline is located at the same level as coles supermarket near the escalator in Westfield. Azzy was very kind and helpful in choosing the right items, saved my time browsing in the store. Thanks.

Azzy gave me great advice and took care to suggest the best makeup products for my colouring and skin type. He applied the makeup he suggested and I left the store with my purchases, feeling like a new person.

Very convenient and a good place to purchase medicines. But price is little bit expensive than other pharmacies and it closes more earlier than others as well. That is why I give them 4 stars

This Priceline is the best store. The staff are very helpful and approachable. I also love the three-day weekend sales- they are ACTUAL savings, unlike most stores sales. Highly recommend.
