I have been going to this store since it opened and have always experienced excellent service and advice. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. If I have a question out of left field, they are more than happy to try and find a solution for me. If I walk into the store and see they are busy and I have a script to fill, I am confident that I can leave it and upon my return, it has been filled and is waiting for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to anyone. I usually save any of my pharmacy requirements until I am in the City so that I can go to this particular pharmacy. Keep up the good work!

Waited for over 30min and the script that was processed in the wrong name. The pharmacist then proceeded to fill several other scripts while i waited, instead of correcting her mistake straight away. The poor ladies in the counter had to keep on apologising for the incompedence of the pharmacist. This is the second issue I have had at this pharmacy. The first time they gave me the wrong dose of medication. Not to be relied upon. Go the a reputable business.

Went to Priceline looking for wrapping paper or a gift bag for a present, didn’t realise they didn’t have sell and Christmas paper there. Regardless of this, the lovely staff members there, Jackie and Kathy ,helped me not only wrap the presents with some spare wrapping paper out the back but also put a ribbon on it for me too. Absolutely lovely staff and helped me out a ton!! Couldn’t recommend this store and their lovely staff enough!!! — Ethan

The lady who took care of me today was fantastic. At first I was a little confused with all the skin care products available and then she helped me select products to complement my current routine and also showed me how to use them. I would also like to point out, how easy it was for me to understand her way of speaking, English is my second language, so I appreciate her kindness in speaking.

I went to the pharmacy this morning and I was clearly tired and upset after being at the hospital most of the night. The staff were amazing going above and beyond to get my prescription to me at my hotel as they had to get it from another pharmacy and I was leaving Brisbane at lunch time. I would recommend Priceline pharmacy George very highly

Good for essentials while in the city. A prescription that costs me $26 at Chemist Warehouse cost me $37.70 here. I though by the name 'Discount Drug Store' and the material on their stationary stating 'Discount Prescriptions', the price might be comparable. I continue to shop here for last minute essentials, but not prescriptions.

I have been to this pharmacy several times, but i still remember the first time how the pharmacist was so attentive and experienced to address my need, they didnt fail me on all other visits, i like the friendly helpful staff, and that the pharmacy was not huge and a client does not need to wait for long to be served..

Absolutely lovely staff here, can not recommend them enough. We called after delivery cut off time and they went above and beyond, spending time on the phone to go through medication, delivering same day and shortly after we made our purchase. Thank you Kathy and Jackie.

Terrible service. I couldn't find what I was after, so waited patiently at the counter for service. I was finally pointed to what I was after, but then abandoned and made to wait in line again. Easier just to throw the product back on the shelf and go elsewhere.

I've recently started working on nearby Ann St. Popped in for some chapstick and was given a fantastic recommendation on a different product that is working far better. Consistent and friendly staff obviously hand-picked for being genuine human beings. Ta.

The staff and service at this pharmacy are top shelf! I recommended this pharmacy to all my work colleagues and they are amazed at the attention to detail and care they received. Best pharmacy for professional care and attention. Highly recommended.

I have to echo the comments of an earlier reviewer: "excellent service always". Great little pharmacy conveniently located between Roma St station and Queen Street - and the only one on George Street that I know of.
