I went in today unsure of what I was looking for and this lovely worker helped show me what I need. I went to go pay and my total was $50.99, I had a $50 gift card. I don’t keep any money in my spending account, so I went on to my phone to transfer the $1 but my mobile data had run out. The westfield free wifi was not working so I was getting a little panicked and went over to the employee from before, explaining what happened and asking if she could lend me the password for the Priceline wifi so I could transfer the money. She told me not to worry and came back with a $2 coin and told me to use that to pay. I believe her name was Banu (in any case it started with a B. I was having a rough week, so if you’re seeing this, I just want you to know you made my whole week so worth it and I’m so incredibly grateful for you. I actually cried the test makeup off on the way home lol it was so kind of you. I gave the spare $ back to your co-worker and asked if she could give it to you, so hopefully you got it back ! Again, thank you so so incredibly much, you’re such a gorgeous person!!!

After many frustrating experiences at Chemist Warehouse, I decided it was time to go back to a community pharmacy. After doing a little research I decided upon Priceline Pharmacy Hornsby, initially because I wanted a pharmacy that had an app which was e-script / token ready. The pharmacy owner and pharmacist set up all my prescriptions in the app. He was so helpful. Now all my prescriptions are at my fingertips and I can easily dispense the medication I need right from my phone. No more waiting 30 minutes at dispensaries. While in the store, I discovered they have a free health kiosk where you can measure your weight, height, blood pressure, BMI etc - all for free and you can request for the health report to be emailed. It's very cool and accurate and my GP loved having that info all ready for him. Two other things I really liked about this pharmacy - there's plenty of room in the isles, and the cost of my prescriptions was excellent. I am pleased I made the switch

This is not my usual Priceline but I was in the area and needed a few things. I was surprised at the only review - 1 star - how bad could it be? Out of the 4 items I took to the cashiers, 2 scanned considerably higher than the ticketed price. When I queried this, the assistant went and checked, brought the pink price tag over for one of them (the displayed price) and said, no, this sale isn’t on yet. When I asked why it was displayed then, she just shrugged and said nothing. Note that most of the items in this range had pink sale price tags displayed, so it wasn’t an isolated “mistake.” I showed her the shelf price tag of the second item (not on sale) and she looked at me, rolled her eyes and said it was a mistake, must have been an older price. Really? Two out of four items scanning 30-40% higher than ticketed. Check your purchases as they are scanned as it is unlikely to be the only 2 items in the store. There are also stores with far better customer service.

Worst customer experience I have had in awhile. Legally all stores are required to provide a receipt. When I returned to get a refund for my product which I had a clear transaction for and showed my bank transaction, they refused to give me a refund. If the cashier does not give me the receipt, how is this on the customer? No one goes into a store thinking they will need an exchange or a refund until they realise something is wrong after the purchase. I even asked them to look at their CCTV footage if they needed absolute proof. I waited for 10mins for them to look for this only for them to return and say they are not able to access the footage today. Won't be shopping here again. Being a person who previously worked in retail, I'd suggest you go elsewhere because this store does not have the customer's interest at heart.

I Purchased 6 Seba Med cleansing bars from the Priceline website around mid Jan 2021, the products arrived on 20th Jan2021 after paying 9.99 as regular deliver charges which was fine even though its expensive. When i received the cleansing bars the expiry date mentioned on all the bars was April 2021 . How can one use 6 bars in a span of 2 Months ? there should be some kind of trust and at least send products with an expiry of a year from the purchase date .They do not have any customer contact number , wrote to them twice through their website and there has been no reply since a week . Very bad experience and feel cheated , think before you order any product from them as they cheat you with expiry dates and don't respond back so your stuck with the items and lost out on money. I went to Priceline pharmacy in Hornsby to buy some Garnier beauty face mask. I look on shelve and it’s been advertised as 2.39 pick up the products and went to pay then she wants to charge me $15 I mentioned that the ticket say 2.39 then they went to check and then came back saying it’s the wrong ticket it’s for something else. So I said me as a customer I looked on shelve and I can see that the price for that product is what the ticket says. She kept saying no your wrong. And refused the sale of that product. According to fair work I should be getting this product for that price. I have lodged a complain to fair work. Apparently I am not the only customer. Will never come back to that store

The pharmacists Abdul and Georgia are very intelligent and knowledgeable they sure know their medicines and they listen to their customers and help in anyway possible. They go over and beyond on duty of care and I know that from experience they are Very caring and loyal. The staff are so kind warm and welcoming and always there to help customers with such beautiful smiles. I’ve been going to Priceline pharmacy Hornsby Westfield for many years and no problems whatsoever.

Thanks to her my wedding was lovely. I also love the service of the pharmacist Geeta I found her to be so lovely and she is so caring and helpful. I find all the staff at Priceline pharmacy at Hornsby to be very helpful and kind thank you girls.

Lady kept hanging around my sister and I cause she probably assumed we were going to steal. Didn’t really make us feel comfortable, I understand we are young and young people usually get a bad rap but next time maybe not make it as obvious… soon as we left the isle she came racing out to see if we left the store just to see us waiting in line. Next time would like to feel and be treated like a normal customer

Priceline Pharmacy Hornsby are an efficient dispensary Chemist that are accurate and precise. They are super friendly, especially Abdul the Pharmacist and His brother Osman. Amazing, extremely helpful and wonderful customer service. I can honestly say the head pharmacist went out of his way to assist us very professional and knew what he was talking about. The app set up is the best thing yet!! Made my life so much easier, my medication is saved and it only takes a click of the button and it's ready within a few hours for sameday pick up.

the staff are racist.. today i went in to go buy some cosmetics and a staff member like always followed me around the entire store till i left and not a single other person was being followed how hard is it to not judge people by the colour? not even the lady at the front counter cared she said “they’ve had a bit of a scare” and that’s it.

We are long time customers like 15 years and we keep going back because of the pharmacists help in particular Georgia who is in training who is a great help to us every time especially with all our travelling that we do and the pharmacist owner Abdul who tries to help in any way he can. The community pharmacy is the way to go. Thanks guys.

Yesterday i went to priceline Hornsy and i wanted to buy makeup. i asked one of the girls there blonde one which brend is better for my skin and she said “oo they are all the same”, then i asked another one her name was Norma and she was unbelievable she helped me with everything from skin care to the last product of makeup. Thank you

My daughter and her friends went into Priceline at the weekend and were accused of stealing by owner and another lady who worked there. They happily opened their bags as they did not steal anything. It’s ok to bag check but please stop accusing all kids of stealing - it’s awful. Have told them not to go back there and I won’t either.

Staff are always so friendly, pharmacist happy to accept needles for disposal when other chemists declined. Even genuinely cared about how I was finding this very specific medicine and advised they always have it in stock - it’s often hard to find! Really positive experience.

Pales in comparison to previous Hornsby Priceline store. Small stock selection and pharmacy staff are both rude and unhelpful. If you have an issue with a script or the app, their response seems to be that it’s not their problem and then ignore you. Won’t be returning...

Terrible customer service, rude and incompetent staff, do not recommend. Plus they expect customers to waste their time and "rate" them electronically at the time of purchase, but refuse to provide free paper bags to carry all the purchases in. Never again.

Great pharmacist I needed to talk to the pharmacist about my prescriptions. He was so patient and spent the time I needed to discuss my medications. He was very approachable to all the other customers at the counter too

Now at the southern end on the lowest floor of Westfield. Priceline is good for beauty products and advice on them, as for prescriptions and other chemist products you can find better prices up on Florence st.

Osman is exceptionally professional dealing with customers. He is very polite and his manners are impeccable. Osman solved my issue with a product to my utmost satisfaction. Thank you Osman.

Every time I go into this Chemist the staff are always helpful, kind and happy. I think they must have a good team there, and good direction. It is actually a pleasure to shop there.

Priceline is a great franchise, but this particular store is not a pharmacy and can't fill subscriptions unfortunately. It's great for other stuff tho.

Very Expensive and not recommended. Bought Curam Duo on 30/3/22 and was charged $12.50. Same medication from Super pharmacy was $5.80

Do not even bother shopping here, the owner is a crook. All his chains are dodgy like the Hurstville one too. They scam your scripts.
