I've been a customer for years, although this morning when purchasing various products I requested a script be filled, I was the only person in the shop, although after putting in the request someone came in behind me at which point Bijan the pharmacist started serving them. 10 minutes later with them still holding a detailed conversation, I asked for my script to be filled. To which Bijan advised, they serve customers first... I'm not sure what constitutes being a customer, although I would have suspected buying almost $100 worth of products makes me one. Clearly Bijan isn't concerned about providing good customer service to locals who have shopped there for years and was inappropriate with his response to my request, lucky for me there are numerous other pharmacies close by who will now get my money. I hope the $8 cough medicine sale was worth losing me as a customer.

I want to thank the staff, especially the pharmacist Sanaz for helping me yesterday. After falling in the street outside I went into the pharmacy for arnica to prevent bruising. The assistant immediately referred me to the pharmacist who looked after me, called an ambulance & went beyond her call of duty. She recognised that I was about to faint & suffering shock. I couldn't breathe, felt sick & was panicking. I had hit my head on the curb & was suffering post shock & other symptoms. She attended to me professionally & calmed me down so I could breath & prevented further problems. I was cleared by the paramedics yet Sanaz still cared for me & offered to call me in a couple of days to check on me. I recommend her for recognition of her actions. I could have been in real trouble had it not been for her. Thank you... Susie Thomas..

Just wanting to sing praises of the current team at Priceline, especially the beautiful soul who served me today, no less than 3 times. As always she demonstrated her incredible customer service, and even went the extra mile checking I was ok on my third visit (struggling with anxiety this made such an impact to my day). I left the store feeling happy. In general too, the other assistants also show passion and care with a smile, which is so appreciated. Also the current lead pharmacist (again, I apologise for not knowing his name) but he is such a gem. Kind, caring and respectful with every interaction. How it should be. Thank you. Overall I feel so lucky to have Priceline James St as my local chemist. Very grateful.

Was overcharged by 350%. Had a script to fill and paid $25.75 for it. Went to Chemist Warehouse Fortitude Valley the next week (and back to this one later) with a new script to find that the normal price for it is $7.39 and that the pharmacist at the time charged me an exorbitant amount for it for no particular reason. They were unable to rectify the issue at this stage. I strongly recommend getting an idea of the prescription price on the Chemist Warehouse website before shopping here as there is very little transparency otherwise.

The pharmacy has a standard layout, but the two Pharmacists were exceptional. I left my medication back in Melbourne,so I went to this pharmacy to see if I could get a city of my script sent from Melbourne to them. For some reason the emails bounced, so the pharmacists personal rang my pharmacy in Melbourne to get a copy of the script. For one hour they tried, till they used a personal email to get the script. I am grateful to them for the service they provided. Thankyou

Avoid getting prescriptions filled here. They are always way overpriced (probably because James St). A few times I’ve been able to get them to bring various medication costs down in line with Chemist Warehouse - I even had cheaper receipts attached to the script. But today they wouldn’t. $30 more expensive than Chemist Warehouse. Only come here as an absolute last resort, but be prepared to pay top dollar!

I cannot begin to put into words how fantastic the team are at James Street Priceline. Every single time I am in there I am made to feel like family. Simon is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable and has assisted me greatly in improving my health. I don’t know what I would do without him. Thank you all so much for providing such a fantastic service. I will never go anywhere else.

Went here to grab a prescription and look at some acne skincare. The young lady working on the floor was super nice and helpful. She gave me some great advice on products and recommendations of what works. The pharmacist is also equally lovely and provided good explanation of side effects and how to mitigate them. Would recommend going if only just for the awesome customer service.

A great Pharmacy for everyone in the family. Customer service is always outstanding, Kerrie and the ladies are extremely helpful whether it be suggesting a great alternative to my favourite cleanser or dealing with all sorts medical emergency with two little boys. Always made to feel welcome, fab location under our GP, promt with scripts being filled and great range of products !

I’ve had really great experiences here for many reasons. Staff are always helpful. Vaccinations are professional and easy to book. Product range is great. I can’t get the professional shampoo and conditioner products they sell here at Chemist Warehouse. I enjoy doing the health check on the machine for free while waiting. Every experience I’ve had has been fab

Today I visited the pharmacy following a specialist appointment with my four year old daughter. I had a script for a non standard specific made antibiotic and Bijan the pharmacist went above and beyond to help and deliver what we required. The care and customer service was first class thanks for marking a tough day so much easier Bijan.

Recently I found the Priceline Pharmacy at James St Markets next to Baby Bunting. I was overwhelmed with their extremely professional and friendly service. Great experience here. I was just popping in as I was early on my way to work and the beauty assistant Sharny helped me look at new coloured eye liners. She was friendly and took the time to give me great tips on which one's would suit my skin tone better, ways to apply it and specials on. Thanks Sharny!

Great customer service here. The pharmacist provided excellent advice in relation to new medication I was prescribed and they ordered in a product which they didn’t have in stock specifically for me. Short wait times as well in comparison to the ridiculous wait times for scripts at FV Chemist Warehouse.

Disappointed with the staff very smug and rude. Advertising all over the store with deals only to find after purchasing the products required to be Rudely told ‘We got none’. Always shop at Priceline but first time at, James St. Would never return.

More expensive than the Chemist Warehouse in Emporium, especially you tell them you have private health funds. If you are not in rush, drive a bit further to Emporium.
