RUDEST FLOOR ASSISTANT EVER!. . Was in this store Friday 23rd approx 4.30pm, was looking at cosmetic creams, when this employee came up behind me with this huge pallet of ripped up boxes, and yelled out excuse me!. Turned around and asked the employee where do you want me to go?.. She just gave me a blank stare, so I moved all the way out of the isle to let her thru. Then she proceeded to scream at me YOU DON'T NEED TO BE ANGRY ABOUT IT!. I wasn't, and she looked around at other customers as if to say, poor me, as a worker, and scoffed. Well then I was angry and promptly left the stoor.. Priceline Mona Vale, worse experience ever.

Once you've opened a product you can't return it even if it's DEFECTIVE. How would you know if your product is defective unless you've opened it? Great question! Terrible policies and rude staff at checkout. Have had multiple poor encounters here with staff making me feel like a burden for having a question, etc. Will never return and will tell anyone I can about this ridiculous return policy.

Such great customer service. I went in for help to find a product for my daughter who had an infection in her ear piercing. Lisa went way above and beyond - she even changed my daughters earrings to a better alternative for her sensitive ears (I'm squeamish so extremely grateful she did this for us!). My daughter's ears have been fine since. I will always go back here!

Rude, unhelpful,seem determined to not help in any way.Refuse to fill script because of some problem with a number on the script. My GP check the script and it was fine. Expensive Incompetent Rude as can be Do your self a favour and go to any other chemist in Mona Vale. The worst chemist in the world is better than this messy place!

Excellent customer service. I needed to exchange a faulty item that was out of stock. The Manager was very professional and managed to sort out a replacement that I was happy with. So nice to be treated with great service.

Very expensive scripts. Check your prices before purchasing here. Amoxicillin is $19 and exactly the same script (no generics) was $6.30 at Super-pharmacy Mona Vale. Can someone explain why the difference is so dramatic?

Very unhelpful pharmacist as I have was from interstate and needed urgent diabetic treatment and he refused..had to pay $75 to visit a nearby doctor to get a new script.. Priceline at Butler WA… …
