Pharmacy staff are absolutely useless. Tried to fill my script which is on the rpbs and and with my defence white card I get for $6.80. Tried to charge me $56 and just kept saying it is not on the pbs. You would think working in a pharmacy their staff would know the difference between pbs and rpbs but unfortunately they don’t.

In my experience at this pharmacy some staff members are brilliant especially at the lotto, but overall I feel the store is poorly managed as I witnessed poor treatment of staff by a supervisor. I am sure with some proper team building this situation could be rectified.
