It's so frustrating that so many makeup products are out of stock. Every time I go into the store I feel pressured to accept makeup advice and then pressured to buy the expensive products they suggest. I accepted help picking out a foundation. They "colour matched" me, but didn't listen when I said I needed something hydrating. I ended up with a matte foundation for oily skin. I was told it wasn't "too matte". It also contains alcohol and is very drying. It doesn't sit right on my dry skin and looks terrible. After wearing a few times my skin is so dry and irritated that I can't even wear makeup. This is partly my fault for not understanding cosmetic ingredients, but I felt I could trust the advice. The colour also doesn't look right. My rating was brought down by my experience ordering online. I feel like I fell into a trap. Priceline offer alluring promotions like a $200 gift bag when you spend $69 on skin care. The gift bags had sold out in store, but I was delighted to discover I could still order online. I figured it would only take a few days. I was so excited to receive my goodies, I checked back the next day to see if I could start tracking the order. No email to say my order had been shipped. Tracking just said the order was "confirmed". I was surprised because I've never had an online order from an Australian retailer take more than 24hrs to ship. I googled it and discovered hundreds of reviews complaining that a) they take weeks to dispatch orders, b) they do not communicate delays, they ignore emails, and when you do get in contact with them they give a cut and paste response, c) they don't allow you to cancel the order once you find out how long it will take, and d) often the items you ordered are not even in stock, despite still being available online after being advised of this. This feels like a bait and switch. Lure the customer in with these promotions, take their money, but don't bother to provide the items in a reasonable time frame, and in some cases don't bother to provide them at all. This is against the law but they continue to get away with it. I will not be surprised if a few weeks go by and then I find out that the gift bag is out of stock, because it took them weeks to even look at my order. And then I'm left with $69 worth of products I would not have otherwise purchased, and no chance at redeeming the offer that attracted me to the store. As much as I want and need new skin care products, if I don't get the gift bag I was promised, I will refund my whole order and wait however long it takes to get my money back, and then I will go to Chemist Warehouse and purchase the items. Priceline is going to lose a lot of customers due to their terrible online service. I certainly will be boycotting them in the future, as there are plenty of other places to get affordable cosmetics.

Here is what I had to say to them on Facebook. So today I walked into your Sutherland store, waited at the counter and while waiting I got a phone call which I was waiting for so I took it. Then the sales person came over and asked everyone waiting around if they where ok, except me, which I now know was because I was on the phone. So I asked her where I could fine a certain product of which I had an empty packet of in my hand. She reluctantly took the pack from me and proceeded to the area where this product would be found. BUT. On the way there she, as she walked in front of me she had to drop a snide remark about me being on the phone and asking her to help me find what I was looking for. When I said you know what if you are going give me attitude you can stick it and I dropped the other products i had in my hands on the nearest shelf and stormed out. As I stormed out she began to tell me that I was being rude. Who is she to tell me I am being rude She should just show me where the stuff is and shut her mouth no matter what she thinks. If I was talking to another person standing right in front of me would that be rude?? Why is this any different?? You people need to let your minions know that the customer is always right. I wont be shopping at any of your locations moving forward and will be encouraging others to do the same.

Where has the customer service gone to?? Went in here to pick up prescription that I had left the night before. The young cashier seemed more interested in taking my details down than providing customer service. My hands were loaded with things and she didn’t even offer me a bag for personal medication which most automatically do! So I mentioned just that and as I’m walking away her and the other young cashier start saying something about me not wearing a mask!! So I walked back and said ‘I’m exempt actually but you would have known that if you would have done your job correctly’. I asked her for her name at the time as I had intended to call the store manager and tell them my experience but I got busy with work and just let it go but to my surprise I found in my letterbox a letter from Priceline banning me from the store WoW! Go management! Not getting the customers side and banning them... Frankly, I’m appalled… regardless of banning or not I refuse to be treated like that by a teenager and won’t be going back to shop there!

I would of put no stars if I could of. I have been going to this pharmacy for 47years. NO MORE!!! This is the last time THEY decide whether I need the medication I have put the script in for or not. Half the staff behind the dispensary counter are not pharmacists and are not very friendly half the time. None of them wear masks even though they ask you to wear one in the store. There is VERY limited Australian made products. Maybe 1 in10 products. This pharmacy has gone down hill since they ‘sold out’ to Priceline and it seems like they ‘sold out’ their customer service skills and community welfare as well. This is not the only pharmacy in the area so I will going somewhere else from now on..!!!

Can not speak highly enough of how kind and caring the pharmacists are at this chemist! They take amazing care of me with my medications. Anne Marie especially goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone has everything they need. I have watched as she speaks with older people and reassured them and gives them her full undivided attention which clearly means a lot to them. It’s super special to have someone like this that takes care of people in the community!!! Amazing people and also the cheapest prices that I have found in the shire.

Actually it was first time exploring in Sutherland areas to stop on the way from Miranda to looking for some product in Priceline because I been looking every Priceline but unfortunately I couldn’t find but one of employee name Marcelle and she amazed me with her excellent customer service and humbleness. She has a lot of patience and she was showing me every all other similar products and I did find closer things. I can tell she is the best employee from all of the other Priceline. I do wish get customer service like her from every store.

Worst. So rude. Give your business to someone else. Requested for prank/call when scripts were ready since there was a queue (I have herniated disc). Even explained I couldn’t sit or stand for long and needed to lay in the car and come back when ready, (I didn’t want to send my elderly father who drive me in due to covid). Told to sit and wait and refused simple service request. The time it took to decline service far outweighed my request. When I’m better I won’t ever be buying anything from here again. Hope you go out of business

I bought some tablets and asked for some water. I was told no in no uncertain manner. I walked away and then thought they must have water, surely! I said I just needed a paper cup or a glass or a cup or bottle! A “ small “ man then walked towards me in a threatening and aggressive manner and abused me ! I cannot believe I was the first person to ask for a cup of water after purchasing tablets!! I have spoken to my daughters-in-law who spend a lot of money each year there. Naturally, we shall avoid in the future ‼️

The Sutherland outlet has no customer service at all. I will not set foot again despite living locally. I went in recently to purchase some of The Ordinary products which are generally quite pricey. I was there for about 15mins (of course needed recommendations) and could hear the staffs having personal conversations however no one offered to help. One was even talking to her collegue while assisting a customer on checkout. Sadly, it was not the first time. Deserves less than 1 star.Poor management I believe!

This pharmacy regularly lost my mother's prescriptions and kept saying she lost them. Until one day I went in, and they suddenly had a stack of old expired prescriptions they found somewhere. Recently I had my neurogolist send them a prescription for a restricted medicine. They say they can't find it unless i know exactly when she sent it. The neurologist works one day a week, so I can't find out when she sent it for another week! They are hopeless. Do not trust them with your prescriptions.

Manager is extremely rude she told my daughter with mental health issues being agoraphobia and anxiety who muttered up all her confidence to ask for her scripts that she was to sit on a chair the way she was treated was like an animal , this manager should NOT be working in an industry anywhere near the mentally ill she traumatised my daughter to the point she has not left the house since her interaction with that horrid dragon women of a manager she should be fired she’s on a power trip .

I was having a few joint pains due to my strenuous endeavours the night before when I was saving the city as Batman. The staff were extremely kind and gave me the correct medication. I am a little sad that there is no batman eyeshadow palette, I would appreciate some more support. A worker called Olivia was extremely nice to me and supported my vengeance lifestyle. If I could give this store six stars, I would. Love From The Real Batman

Priceline is a terrific Pharmacy. The staff at this location are extremely helpful. I bought some dietary supplements from here and received great advice. You can buy everything you need from medications to gifts, beauty products, perfumes and cosmetics and so much more. They do really good specials and their prices in general are always very competitive. Great location in Sutherland close to the train station. Good for commuters.

before you buy your original prescription tablet please browse your internet at your phone.. as the pharmacy tend to not telling the truth about the price... overpricey if you don't have healthy care card... also when you ask pharmacy, might be get wrong reply.. please bear in mind when get prescription medication. Other stuff like perfume or non prescription staff are helpful... the pharmacy i found not that friendly

Just spend 25 minutes in this store waiting for a simple script, that I could have gone to any busier Chemist Warehouse store and got in 3 minutes. Not to mention the horrible overall customer service, it's more expensive as well. Totally outraged at the complete waste of time. Try serving customers next time instead of chatting about shire gossip behind the counters, in view of customers.

Bought two boxes of hair dye which wasnt enough so I bought another two boxes from another store. The priceline dye was much lighter in colour even though it was the same brand. Tried it out and it didnt work at all. Then used the boxes from another store and they worked perfectly. So thinking the boxes had been sitting on that shelf for too long and priceline was lazy. Not impressed.

  • Daniel

Really helpful pharmacists in there, went in to look for something for my back pain that ive been dealing with for a few days now. Tried all the standard stuff like pain killers, deep heat and voltaren rapid pills with next to no effect. Was directed to some anti inflammatory rub priceline brand and just wow the pain is practically gone for the moment. Thanks!

The service has become appalling, I have had several scripts lost now. Don't start me on the back ground music, it's that loud you can't hear what the staff are saying. The music needs to be subtle, it's not a night club. Now that Anne-Marie has left, time to change pharmacies. Pull your game up Sutherland Priceline, the attitude is enormous...

I wanted to give pharmacist Geoffrey a big shoutout . I recently visited Priceline Sutherland for my flu shot. Pharmacist Geoffrey was so friendly and helpful with the whole process. He explained everything throughout and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I’m very happy with my experience

  • Kyrah Horn

I frequently shop at this store especially due to the Pharmacist Geoffrey. The best customer service and care I have ever come across. Very professional and knowledgeable. He is always happy to help with any pharmaceutical needs/products that are best for my entire family. I highly recommend.

  • V DF

Have spoken to 4 different (junior) staff members about a promotion that is happening in store and each time the staff have told me they have ‘no idea what I was talking about’ and that ‘I should come back next time’. They made no attempt to call another colleague over, or to look online.

  • Brian Worsley

Very poor service from the Pharmacist (Mr. Tan). He yelled he's advice from behind the script counter. Not what you would call personalised service. I am just thankful the advice I needed was not about some very private parts. I know he is not a doctor but some discretion would be nice.

  • Kuni & Mots Potts

I bought a bubble bath on last Xmas, the box said $3 but I paid for $5 when I asked the staff she said not all item $3 (which that was the only item in the box) should be careful next time. Anyway I love the environment inside, but yes Priceline still a bit pricey than chemist warehouse

  • taryn wright

Shoutout to the beautiful Gemma at Priceline Sutherland. Myself & my daughter are regulars & she is always happy to assist us. She is an absolute breath of fresh air! I would definitely hire her to work for me, she is a fabulous asset to your store! X

  • Doug Robertson

It was a pleasurable visit to Sutherland Priceline Pharmacy. Nora and staff who were helping me with all my needs were fore filled. It’s hard to find good people who are willing to take their time to help and advise. Thank you girls.

  • sophie kensington

Incredibly disappointed in customer confidentiality when buying pregnancy tests. One of your employees thinks it’s ok to go relay private information about buying pregnancy tests to her friends. Very unprofessional and disgusting.

  • Vicki M

Service is very average, hit and miss. Lost scripts and what's with the music being so loud. When you're not feeling great that music is enough to top you over. Why did Anne-marie have to leave, that is devastating...

  • Gregory Long

A nice enough pharmacy, they are well stocked and also have a good little gift store to one side. Close to Sutherland station. Have always found the staff courteous.

  • Katie Kavalekas

Parul helped me choose a perfume and gave me some lovely recommendations. Such a quick and fun shopping experience! Great customer service, thank you very much.

  • Tanya Lucia

A huge thank you to Karl the pharmacist who was a huge help and showed care. I really appreciated it and the staff behind the pharmacy dispensary. Thank you.

  • Chris Collins

Very attentive, friendly and well trained staff - always a quick and pleasant experience. Pricing could do with a trim to compete the large chemist chain.

  • Madhu Samy

All the Staff are super helpful and friendly. Thanks Marcie for your expert cosmetic advise. That's the reason I especially go to Sutherland Priceline.

  • Rachel Parker

Staff are very helpful and they have a wide range of products. The scripts and filled quickly and are often cheaper than some other chemists around.

  • ashleigh eddy
