Was having a bad day at work and feeling bit sad for myself with knee injury...Anyways, I went to Priceline TownHall to look for yet another knee support because I could never get the right size for me.... My day got better thanks to Anna at Townhall Priceline. She was very helpful and kind. Measured my knee(, I wished the other Priceline branch have offered me that service...).thank you Anna for making my day better.. Random kindness goes a long way... I hope people are kind to you too. Even if I don't get a refund or exchange for the smaller size knee support I bought, I will still be forever grateful for your help.

I would give six stars if I could. I was so pleased with my experience here after work! I was very tired, so was so happy with the friendly help from both of the girls working on 16/02/2023 3.30pm. When I asked which foundation to choose, a girl promptly and confidently told me which one to pick, and the reasons why. Her confidence made me pick it! I was also happy to recieve a free NYX pack, and enjoyed all the on-sale items. I ended up spending a lot more money than planned because I was really enjoying my in-store experience. Keep up the excellent work! It keeps me loving priceline.

We were in Sydney for five days recently and were visiting from Canada. My wife had a really nasty cough and I went to this pharmacy 3 times to get different cough remedies. I dealt with two different pharmacists and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were both so knowledgeable and helpful and they went out of their way to help someone who was in a foreign country dealing with very different names of medications etc. Thanks so much for your help.

I had my booster shot here. I went in expecting cold treatment with the least interaction possible as I have received in the past which is totally understandable, doctors are busy. Dr. Darman, however, was nothing but helpful and warm. Probably the friendliest doctor I've encountered. He answered every question I had. Also helped me with a bunch of stuff most doctors are probably too busy to do. Really made my day. Thank you. ❤️

The pharmacist wasn't wearing a mask. Totally unacceptable for anyone in the health or service industry who is interacting with the public to be blatantly ignoring public health mandates. There was also a long wait despite being the only customer there and the advice the pharmacist gave was incorrect. The no mask thing though, that's just not ok

I didn't need anything, however, my cousin from Perth did, and couldn't get what she needed, the staff took her number and promised to call as soon as new delivery was in, and they did, proving me wrong. The Staff member couldn't do enough to try to help, and was a breath of fresh air in today's situation, an absolute joy.

Brilliant vaccination service. Quick helpful and friendly. They do walks in for vaccines. Hany and Sharon were really informative and gave great customer service. There’s a really good selection of make up and hair care too. It’s 2 min from town hall station so super convenient! A happy customer :)

Great Priceline!! Got my flu shot here and did not feel a thing. Hany, the pharmacist who did my flu shot, made it a quick, easy and painless process. They do walk ins too if you don't want to book thr flu shot online. Also a great CBD location. 100% recommend going here …

I started using the Priceline out of convenience for work, but continue to use it because the staff (especially Hany) are so friendly and helpful. They are welcoming and attentive, and have amazing customer service.

Super convenient for vaccinations. The location is just 3 mins walk from Town Hall station. They accept walk in vaccinations. Hany was so friendly and gave good customer service. Highly recommend this Priceline.

The stuff are soooo nice !!! My English is not good but they try to understand me and help me a lot !!!! I’ve got Covid &full vaccinations there it was so quick and no pain. Happy for everything …
