Really upset and disgusted @ Priceline Wetherill Park as they accused our family for stealing saying they have video footage that we had pulled security tags from there product when we have a family (including one young baby in the pram) shopping on a normal weekend. 3 security guards pulled up from Stockland management pulled after we purchased goods from Priceline and it was really poor how they had handled the situation. We have nothing to hide so we showed them handbags, baby bag, pram and everything else that they needed to check and found nothing. When I asked for the video footage they couldn't produce but they said they have video footage? The security guards kept following us to Chemistworks and they really made us feel like we convicted a crime? We have made a formal complaint at Stockland Wetherill Park and also Priceline on how they handled this situation. Never will be shopping at Priceline Wetherill Park ever again - we rather shop at Chemistworks a few shops down with better customer service and space for Prams to move.

Nareeman was very rude on the phone and honestly she kept repeating herself over and over, no logical discussion or communication. She did not want to understand my situation she was repeating her false policies and claiming things that we not even true. I looked into their website and what ever she was telling me was not correct. Train your staff and please make sure you know what your talking about before telling it to the customer. Never again with Priceline.

The customer service was absolutely horrible and the workers are completely unprofessional. I was trying to look at this product and the package was already opened so I assumed it was a sample but before I could even do anything a worker walked by and started harassing me and repeating the same thing in a rude tone. If you’re going to handle someone appropriately then it’s best not to be screaming in their face. Would not recommend for anyone to come here.

my experience was amazing! i went in yesterday and i had riyanna serve me. what a kindhearted and bubbly person she is. she is so nice to talk to and she’s a really good salesperson as i didn’t expect to spend $80 in the matter of 5 minutes but it was worth it she’s a gorgeous girl inside and out and definitely deserves a pay rise! …

Worst Priceline I’ve ever been to. No manager, taped up products, unhelpful and don’t give returns because they are a “franchise”, even though the Priceline as a whole have to accept any returns. I make it a rule to never buy there and make sure I go to others that are better with great customer service. Don’t recommend this place at all!

Workers here look sad sometime, I hope they are treated well. The pharmacist workers inside price line are the best, very nice and always laughing, and they recommend things to me that help me. But sometime hard to buy if they don't remember me because they give me lecture on why I have to be careful to take what they recommend before.

One staff was rude. Had let other people in from one entrance but stopped me and told me I had to go around. When I entered she was said I had leave from the way I came in. And after I bought my stuff I just went out the other way and no other staff said a thing. It may be a stressful time for them but a little courtesy wouldn't hurt.

The have 'paying less is a beautiful thing' and 'fabulous brands at famously low price' all over the wall and selling products at higher price than other shops. I asked if they do price match and the phamacist said 'No I can't because other shops may purchase them at lower price'

All the staff are always friendly and helpful however today I want to single out Dalida who took particular care and time to make sure my medication was correct and even rang the specialist twice on my behalf. Many thanks always to all the team and for putting up with my humour.

Dalal, the pharmacist, was so helpful. She took her time and even printed instructions for me to ensure I used my prescription medication correctly. She also offered other products that she said could help me that I bought. All with a smile :)

I was served by a young beautiful lady by the name Shannon. She was extremely polite, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Her customer service skills at Priceline will only help the company grow. I appreciate her service and her listening skills.

Nancy in the pharmacy could not have been more helpful sourcing a previous prescription issue by another pharmacy, ringing around to assist me. All the girls serving were so courteous and polite whilst waiting. Great customer service

I have been coming to this pharmacy for many years and I am very thankful for all people that works there. People are very professional, caring, understanding, helpful like lovely family. Wish them all the best.

First time someone in Priceline asked if I needed help. Thanks Isaac for helping me and giving great service. I'd come more often if more staff were like Isaac.

Prices are much dearer than other stores. Eye drops was roughly $5 more than another store which was close by and they were not able match it. Disappointed.
