Considering it's a smaller local Primark you'll be able to find all the essentials but don't expect to find the full collection. I went on a Friday evening and the shop was tidy and clean. I visited the home department and I found the pillows I needed for a price lower than on Amazon or in local supermarkets nearby. The men's department upstairs offers a good choice for casual clothing and as well some formal shirts. For formal clothing you'll find more choice in the central London branches. Everything was well put together. It took me 8 minutes in queue to pay at the till which is a reasonable time considering the amount of people shopping. The cashiers were very efficient.
I was quite impressed to see that there was a sanitising unit right in front of the store. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady at the door who politely asked me to use the auto hand sanitiser before heading off to shop. The store was very clean and clothes were very neatly organised. Usually the queue is very long but on this visit, I didn't have to wait long at all. At the moment, no one's allowed to try on any clothes in store, understandably cos of the current pandemic. But you can return or exchange items as usual policy still applies. It generally felt calm and pleasant.
This Primark has changed a lot since I visited last. They have now 2 floors with lifts, making it easy for those with Prams. Social distancing policies are followed and they even provide sanitiser at the entrance. Quality king size duvet cover set at discounted price of £10. I just don't like those staff who tell you if it's not there, we don't have it. Please make a bit of effort when customers ask for sizes of certain clothing that are missing. At least check at the counter if other customers have left it there, if you're so lazy going to the stock room to check.
Is 10 year I'm shopping in primark and I never experience such a horrible service. I was in the queue more then 20 min, it was so long that if I turn aroun I couldn't see the end. When I finally could see the tills I've notice a group of 6-7 people just chatting behind the counter instead of serving people. Philomena the manager was there, and did not take any action instead, she join the chat and after that started counting money from the tills without giving any instruction to the staff. Horrible service, avoid to go there, I for sure won't come back!
This store is so much better after the refurbishment. It is much neater than it used to be, theres a great variety of men's and womens clothes, pj's, sportswear and there's a good selection of homeware, plant pots, beauty and more. Kept tidy, affordable prices, good customer service, and much quieter upstairs to pay at the till. Appreciate the seating area downstairs by the escalators and upstairs by the fitting rooms and having a lift in store as can get tiring browsing for a while.
Primark sells very varied clothes at very good prices but I only go there if I have to. It's always packed with Mums & screaming, crying kids & the place is so hot & it took me half an hour to pay for one item. Not my favourite shop at all but prices & goods are very good if you can bear the fight to find what you want, pay for it & get out. I think they stock too much for me but many people love it. I'm afraid I do not like the hustle & bustle of the place. Sorry Primark
I been in Primark many many times for many years and I can say is one of my favourite shop...very easy find everything you need and most of the stuff you buy are good quality and you can use for years.... I have shirts, t-shirts, trousers and more more things which during the years I'm still using very often....I really recommend... The best are in marble arch and Tottenham court road...the rest I can't say how are they....
I went shopping at Primark here in Peckham. we did our shopping and paid for everything, the security there ran over us thinking we were stealing men's shorts. How they are black and we are white. We encountered their racism. I sent for the manager to complain about them and she rectified that everything was paid for. But I never set foot there again as long as black bouncers are there.
It's primark!!!! Not really much else to say. Good for kids clothes like plain t-shirts for a school project, but fast fashion isn't really for me..... Definitely back to the long queues I remember so unfondly, not too sure why, but polite door staff, willing to say hello and have a nice day. Makes a nice change. And have some great shapewear, when they have sizes, If that's your thing.
Rude security staff (Fahri) accused my partner of stealing from the store in the past. When he never has most of the time going in there hes with me. Acussing him saying he looked like a tramp he stole a jacket. WHAT AN INSULT!!! My partner had never stolen. Its mistaken identity and will be taking it further. How my partner was spoken and treated to shouldnt have happened.
I used to shop here a few years ago when I lived in the area and found it a little "unkept". I came back on a visit and was really pleased to see staff tidying and working hard on presentation. It's not a huge shop so the men's section (as per normal in most shops) wasn't brilliant and was missing some obvious things (smart trousers, jackets), but overall I was pleased
They have a good range of bath towels etc, and recently they have had some very nice candles and home bits also some nice Christmas bits. It can get extremely busy at the tills, they generally only have two tills open so the queue takes forever. But they do have tills upstairs in men's department. Clean tidy shop and staff can be really kind and professional at times.
Worse every time... No sizes or way off size, messy and no choice at all. Not sure what happened but seems like they do t even try close and real people. Edit.. A bit more organised I have to agree but, size are still way off since 2017 at least. Xs is same as S or L. Not buying anything than boxers there and still...
It has good collection of clothing , accessories ,etc for kids , women amd men. Variety is less compared to other primark shops. They do have lifts. The store is ♿ wheelchair and stroller accessible. The COVID measures are in place. The staff is polite and helpful. Generally crowded during weekends and SALE days.
I do shop in primark fairly often. Excellent value for money. Primark makes fashion available to all and particularly good for children's clothes and accessories including shoes, particularly for families on a low budget. Kids grow so fast not worth spending huge amounts on items they outgrow in a short time.
Both customers and staff were very polite spaces around the displayed goods was excellent no bumping into each other while choosing the items you want to purchase and also the queue to the tills was orderly and the line didn't clash with others who were choosing the items that they want to purchase
I managed to get a number of items around Christmas. They usually have a reasonable amount of stock and the staff will check for you if you have a particular request. The Bromley branch is over a few floors and has changing rooms as well as an area to rest your feet and charge up your mobile phone!
I came here only because I was with a friend, now trust and believe am not too buji for this store, however, you need to address the fitting of the jeans they sell. I used to shop there all the time. Now I won't even waste my time considering buying anything because I always need to come back.
Has a variety of items hit and miss with plus sizes on clothing stocks a good amount of DD+ bras and underwear. Kids section is hit and miss. I find it hard to find my Son size maybe his age group is popular at the moment. Easy to manoeuvre has a lift access. Layout could be better.
JO AN was the name of the lady serving on the tills today and the reason I’m giving a five star review! To her manager GIVE THE WOMAN A BONUS but we know your tight so at least tell her a thank you! Jo ans Customer service was spot on and I left with a smile. Keep up the good work.
Poorly staffed. 2 floors fairly large store with 1 changing room. Girl in charge of changing room gave me a proper dirty look when i asked why random people could walk in when there was clearly a queue! Spoke to manager he offered nothing .If i could i would give 0 stars.
The staff here are rude, especially Agatha who served me. Horrible attitude and she has no customer service whatsoever. The manager Amanda is no better either, makes sense why the customer service assistants have poor service when the so called management is the same.
Primark style has gone downhill compared with recent years however prices have risen. The layout of this store is not logical nor organised. However staff provide quality customer service given the high volume of customers that they have which was nice to experience.
Primark in peckham thank you for recognising your customers with disabilities. A long line in store prompted those in charge to add staff to tills but also to have a line for people with disabilities! We appreciate your due diligence and assistance ❤️
My experience was disappointing. I was served by Nhyriah who was extremely rude. She had no customer service whatsoever, and was very dismissive. If you don’t wanna work leave, don’t take it out on customers. Having respect for others is not hard.
Went into the newly refurbished shop. It was really spacious. Everything was in it's individual space. Went upstairs via the escalator, made a purchase before going to the till. No waiting and served in a nice, polite way. Going there tomorrow.
Horrible. The worst Primark that I've visited. It seemed to have gone back in time. The arrangement of items were very scanty. The decor, extremely old looking and Staff, just not doing much. I was very disappointed indeed. Thumbs down …
Very poor service from the management. They treat you according to your skin colour. I stood in the que and watched to customers being served for returns. The black customer was dealt with like royalty and very differently to the white lady.
Much better since the renovations, bigger space, more options, tills are always fully staffed. Sizes to be kept filled on shelves. Still room for improvement on the customer service side. Its difficult to find anyone in shop floor to assist.
I had bad experience with a girl called anishka. She didn’t know what she was doing , keep tagging for about 5-6 times and still gets it wrong and she was very slow and chatty to other colleague rather than try solving the problem and speed
I visited here today. Not much of a variety in my opinion. You can pick up a few essential items for e.g., underwear, socks, flip flops. Not a fan of the leggings anymore as I much prefer a single size like a 12 not 12-14. Primark need to
I had a very polite sales assistant on the till who folded everything so neatly into the bag. She was very professional I think her name may have been Ebony. She was giving advice to a young person about how to apply for jobs. Made my day
Love love love this shop - it's so cheap, has absolutely everything and so I leave the shop smiling with a s&£t load of clothes!! I just bought a pair of knee high black boots for only £14 - they were reduced from £46 to £14 …
I like what they sell but hate the actual shop. It was done up a while ago, but feels way too industrial for my liking. It now has an upstairs so there's a lot more room. If you can look past my complaint it's probably worth a visit!
It's a very nice and affordable place to shop at for all your winter and summer outfits, both males and females. And their changing room is very clean too. Plus the staffs ànd nice are very and nice. I will surely call in again.
Lots of choices, lots of clothes and sizes but the queues are always to long. It makes you want to drop the things you want and walk out instead of queuing for a long time especially if it's just one item that you want to buy.
The staff didn't behave well with me just because of my ethnicity. I was shocked in a country like UK which is known for its diversity people at working at such big brands still have that feeling. Disgusting …
It's Very small. Badly merchandised, terrible queue system. Changing room staff are totally disconnected. More concerned with having their own conversations than checking how many items you're actually taking in with you.
Well for me, it's hmmm! OK. Only thing you don't get much from there and and the bigger sizes limited. Because its very local you expected it. I only go through to look cause I know for a fact am coming out empty handed.
Good quality clothes for a good and reasonable price. Staff members are very helpful. Not that busy on a Saturday but if there is a queue downstairs for paying you can go upstairs as hardly anyone goes upstairs to pay.
Lovely atmosphere in what seems like a newly refurbished store. Lots of choice and a very neat and tidy store. Some great bargains as always. Staff friendly and helpful. One of the best Primark stores I’ve visited.
Nice to have a Primark in this area, just a shame the men's collection is so small, you often end up having to go to a bigger shop. On the good side there's usually no queue in the fitting rooms nor at the tills.
Popped in on 7/3, to buy some candles for a gift. The shop was clean and tidy and there were plenty of beautifully scented candles to chose from. I was served by KIM who was so friendly. Glad I popped in!
Got myself a pair of skinny jogging pants love them. suit curvy shapes ladies and only 5 quid. They look smart casual and slightly tapered look for a streamline outline. I love to rock this on trend look
Fantastic wouldn't shop anywhere else. The shop assistant's are so helpful. And so cheerful. You just feel like one of the family. I shall definitely be going in there again hopefully very soon …
Very small shop compared to other Primarks I've been to but it's expected considering its location, so it's still handy to have it. Not as much selection but that's expected I guess due to its size.
Great place to shop with confidence on a low budget and also with best services provided by the staffs and very welcoming staffs also @primark you will never want to miss it . Best in town yeh!!!
Peckham Peckham Peckham right outside Peckham Railway Station go to the main road outside the station then go left. Fine staff, fine people, fine service. Then discover Ozzies cafe if you can...
Favourite place to shop for clothes, always tidy, helpful staff, always find what I'm looking for. Great variety of items. Men and kids clothing upstairs all round good value for money.
This branch had hardly any shoe sizes especially light trainers and seemed to be inaccurate practically no bags clothes are higher prices now.. especially compared to pre covid...
It's definitely was not the same I was bit deposited with the children range of clothes especially bigger boys girls range there wasn't much clothes to choices from. ♀️ …
Dry selection of clothes picked by the buyer I only grab small items and if I’m honest now and then I may find something I like in there. Prefer to go Stratford or West End
had a wonderful time shopping with my 2 little ones under the age of 2. large and spacious. not as overcrowded as I thought it would be. I visited at 11.30 am on weekday.
The queues are always long, attended today had to wait a long time as there were only three cashiers and about 25 customers waiting. Don’t visit if you are in a hurry
Staff were very helpful, did opened the shop earlier so that the customers queueing outside didn't had to be in the cold weather. Clean, organised and helpful staff!
The people went to Primark they buy clothes and shoes and children well. They people look round and see what they look like because the people buy clothes and house
Primark was good walking into nice cool area to shop ⭐clean and helpful staff not many shops left that caterer for men women and children in Peckham high Street ⭐
Lovely new layout. Often busy. You should be able to find what you are looking for as most sizes are always available. Staff are okay but often quite busy
It's strategically positioned in the heart of Shopping area in Peckham. It's also a good place to shop for clothing and accessories at affordable prices.
It's useful if staff a little unhelpful. Has a range of stuff but Primark in Charlton has more variety & more chances of finding what your looking for.
I've been there numerous times. The mens department feels crammed otherwise there's nothing wrong with it. I'm yet to come across a sales rack though.
I'm only familiar with the Peckham store which has recently had a revamp, mens clothing now on a different floor and separate from women's area.
Not bad place to shop. Affordable cloths male and female. Bit crazy place far to many people in it if u go on wrong time. But overall not to bad
Good variety of stuff. The winter coats were good value for money. The pajamas and bathrobes were also affordable with a good selection!
A good range of clothes for all sizes except really big. It was disappointing how long we had to wait for til service. Otherwise good.
Got what I wanted without much stress and their exchange policy is helpful. Its been renovated and better arranged than the last time
Lack of choice in women's department. Some staff unfriendly and looking like they need more support queues very long for payment.
Prices are great Unfortunately the things I wanted were out of stock and they were unable to tell me when new stock would arrive.
You know this place.... Like a market, you can buy almost anything. Just choose wisely your shopping time, the kew sometimes huge
Great store, has everything in different sizes and you can get almost everything you need here. Staffs are also nice and helpful
It's primary a place to look for cheap clothing , but when they don't ho above a certain size in a certain item it is annoying.
Very clean and organised, our cashier lady was polite and patient. Very Autumn looking set out of clothing. AMAZING shop❤
Yh the store had everything I wanted and I was able to get a refund later when some of the clothes didn't size me yeah
This Primark location is very accessible and have loads of variety of designs in tops, sweaters, cardigan, jeans...
Massive range of products, excellent quality and value. Beautiful t shirts for £4. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Primani was coldddd, loved the uniforms they were wearing tried to pull on of the shirts off a lady working there.
At any time you get buy clothes very goods prices are there for anyone interested in buying nice shoes or clothes
Went in for some new gym gear. Pretty colours and it all feels lovely. Haven't yet tried on but fingers crossed.
A nice big store. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of clothing items to buy...at a very reasonable price …
It's quite a small store comparing to others but if your in nned of something quick and fashionable it works
The lady at the counter was nice and he help me to choose my shirt. She was Asian Muslim woman with Hidjab
Good for Holiday items night wear back to school or uni clothes office wear every day essentials
Many cashiers to attend to you and customer service personnel on the floor to see to your needs
I got most of the things I needed from that shopping mall and the experience is a good one
Nice place for a variety of cheap good stuff ... wears and shoes. Nice shopping experience
Nice big spacious store disabled customers have there own check out so no queing, great.
I love this store! I'm never disappointed. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Really good products and very affordable prices. On two level s. And well layer out.
Good variety and prices. Not too crowded. Minimal waiting time at checkout. Clean!
Great selection of men's clothing. Helpful and friendly staff. Quick checkout.
Got everything I wanted big queue but went down very quick nice friendly staff
Good choice. Always stocked good with new stuff. Girls on till very helpful .
Went in for one item, came out with a bag full. Always enjoy shopping there.
It was good and plenty of staff to get help with items I was looking for me
Nice, helpful polite staff, although NOT all needed items were available!
Love it but the queues in all stores is getting worse …
