Wonderful experience so far, I’m having a 4 front teeth bridge done. So far I’ve had my teeth extracted due to bone issues and had bone graft work done. I’ve had a temporary denture made for the time while the bone is recovering and growing which is working out very well. I can actually smile without the embarrassment of how my teeth looked. It’s now three months since my bone graft which was completely painless and it’s growing and recovering well. I’m returning to see Dr M ( I can’t remember how to spell his name) in mid August after having some scans to confirm everything is right to go, then the arrange the guided posts into the upper jaw and keep on wearing the denture for a few months while it heals to rock solid, then it’s time for the bridge to be put in place, and a new confident smile. Dr M said he could put the bridge in place when he installs the the pins in the bone but prefers to wait to be absolutely sure it’s good to go. A big thank you to the wonderful receptionist Gisela who’s friendly smile greets you. Gisela arranges everything from appointments to billing and general advise. To those considering implants or bridges I highly recommend this business and Dr M caring and thoroughness

Too expensive. i went there a year ago with a painful molar. they did a root canal therapy for around $ 1000. since then my tooth was painful. i could not even clench my teeth. over the months i have bit my inner cheeks and tongue several times in my sleep due to the severe pain causing a lot of bleeding. finally i went to them and asked them to remove my teeth. they wanted $530. i told them i had only $400 with me. they refused to do it. yesterday i went to another dentist nearby. they took the tooth out for just $250. but an infection has already gone into my jaw bone. in the first instance when i approached ingleburn primary. they should have been professional and taken out my teeth, but they just want to milk your money. sadly i took my daughter also there for teeth cleaning. i will never again recommend anyone there.

My first visit to Primary Dental was only a few days ago. From their lovely receptionist, Naomi, to the Dentist I saw, nothing was a problem to them. They were quick, efficient & minutes after arrival, I was in the chair & being examined by the dentist. I had work commitments that required me to speak clearly, & they had to be fitted around the dental work & there was a Govt.deadline also to have all the work completed, & it was like, no problem, we can help you, or we can do it this way…………..! The dentist was the greatest, understanding completely that I had to speak in my job & she gave me several options on how she could fix a couple of very bad teeth that I had. So yes, I definitely recommend this place for anyone in the Macarthur area. Thank-you guys!

Went here 4 times a few years ago, asked about braces and they said I could not get braces without and further explanation. I attend an orthodontist clinic now and they had told me I was eligible for brace years ago when I went to ingleburn. I also had a horrible overbite condition which they did not tell me anything about and did not give me any treatment for teeth correction. This dental clinic has very unqualified individuals who worked/working there. I am not sure whether or not they has hired new staff but this was my experience

No customer service available for 43 Mins?? another department had to pick up there phone calls and couldn't help me with simple inquiries. 10:10am I called they replied call back in 30 Mins. 10:53am I called again they again replied call back in 30 Mins. No answer No information No customer No money WASTE OF MY TIME bye :).

I have been coming here for 20+ years as a child. I have always felt looked after by all the staff especially Gisella who is absolutely fabulous. I see both Henry and Sonia and they have both provided me with outstanding care. I am super appreciative of this service and and would recommend to everyone.

Tried to complete the dental online. Reabad program. The date of birth starts at December 2023. What month old child books in to dentist? Also to scroll back to DOB. I got rsi From pressing back button. Got too tired at 1990! Ridiculous.

Terrible customer service... I make appointments months in advance and they get cancelled last minute (many times). OR emergency comes in and nobody lets you know your appointment has been pushed out. Instead you have to wait.....

Was said on phone call by staff that cleaning n check up cost $149 but at the time of payment charged $225. Which is unjustified as no one told only that doc which I consulted charge extra. Its Rip off.

Dr Nyan explained in details how to take care of my teeth and he was very patient. He provided fantastic service and it was a pleasure to leave with a clean smile.

I had a pleasant and pain free experience at the Ingleburn practice. also I found the Campbelltown practice staff were pleasant as well.

Excellent service from staff and in particular Dr Sonya. This was my first visit to this dentist who was very gentle cleaning my teeth.
