I liked coming here when Kellie was my physio. It’s a shame Kellie isn’t here anymore because she was amazing. Now I have Rodney who is so unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve been to many physios and have never seen anything this bad. Pressures me to make my next appointment in a few days-without giving me enough time to get use to the exercise. He is passive aggressive in getting me to make my next appointment asap. I can’t use up my 5 physio allowances in my epc too quickly, as it’s physically impossible for me to heal that fast. Also doesn’t listen when tell him I have to pick up my kids from school at 3.

I don’t recommended Rodney Lincoln. Unprofessional. Knowledgeable physiotherapist but more interested in financial gains than individual care. Trying to milk as much Medicare EPC as possible. Physio appointment is rushed, sees multiple patients simultaneously and walks off mid way- leaving you there while seeing other patients or do something else. Not much attention to individual care and passes time with passive treatment like tens or heat pack- then walks off. Not how a physio consult should operate. Seeing another Physio now in Mill Park who is so much better and doesn’t see patients as $$$.
