My car was delivered by my Insurance at Prime Auto and it took over 45 days to repair, and upon release some sections were not done to my satisfaction. The garage management instead of taking my feedback positively went ahead to play the defensive game and even deny their poor results. I had to do a follow up with my insurance to get some parts fitted well. Be ready for slow service delivery, poor communication from the garage on the repair progress (unanswered calls), lack of attention to detail, poor coordination amongst the staff etc etc. most annoying is the defensive mode and self denial when they deliver substandard work. If you are an insurance client priority if for the cash paying customers. During the repairs wrong parts were fitted I had to complain to have the right parts fitted. I had to make several calls to inquire if repairs were complete, though the release letter was out. On the collection day, I found my car not even cleaned ready for collection, it's like no road test was done, the steering wheel allignment was poorly done. I had to wait till evening to have my car though some areas were not done to my satisfaction. At some point to my disappointment, a very senior staff asked me if he could do supper glue to fix the dashboard gaps which were not well fitted back after their repairs. Overall not happy.

Kindly avoid this garage if you are insured by Monarch insurance. Further if the condition for repair under any insurance company is vehicle to be released upon insurance paying for damage repairs run for your dear life your vehicle might remain there forever.prices also considerable high compared tho the work done.Worst experience I don't recommend to all potential customers
