كانت عند ولدي موعد عيون خذت عن طريق الابليكشن ودايم اخذ المواعيد منه وصلت الكاونتر خذت الهويه ورقم الهاتف وسالتي دكتور عيوني ولا اطفال رديت عليها اكيد عيوني والموعد الساعه كذا وخذت الاستيكر عنها انتظرت ما يقارب الساعتين والكل يدخل ويطلع استغربت وين دور ولدي. ناديت الممرضه وخذت الاستيكر قالت الموعد حق دكتور وسام اطفال مش عيوني دريت عليها اقولها كيف هي خذت كل البيانات والهوية والرقم ومتاكده من كل شي سارت الممرضه وغيره من دكتور الاطفال لين العيون والقهر الكبير في وحده تشتغل معاهم لا اسلوب ولا تعامل حسيت انا غلطانه قلت ما عليه بسكت ما برمس العياده فيها ناس بعد كنت اتريا الدور قمت ودخلت على طول من دون ما تنادي الممرضه شو اكتشفت وهي مب اول مره يصير وياي واتنمى تنتبهون اللي ع الكاونتر فاتحه ملف مب ملف ولدي اسم ثاني وعمر ولدي 12 سنه واللي في الاستيكر عمره 6 سنوات خذت الورقه بعدما خلصت من الدكتور ورجعت لها عشان ابين لها فعلا مب انا الغلطان شو فايده الكلام والموضوع مب اول مره يصير

To my disappointment, the wait times were exceptionally long more than an hour, with only two out of five counters actively attending to patients. The remaining counters seemed unoccupied. To my surprise, my medication wasn’t available simply wasted my time This extended waiting period not only inconvenienced me but also raised concerns about the efficiency and customer service standards of your pharmacy. Patients, including myself, expect a timely and smooth experience when seeking essential healthcare services. At least the clinic should issue the prescription paper to patients rather than giving the stickers. We can at least buy the medication from another pharmacy instead of wasting time waiting here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sami and more recently Dr. Wael for my back. Both doctors have taken the utmost care in providing me with pain management and working towards finding a solution to the pain I am experiencing post a spinal fushion in 2020. Dr Wael has performed epidural injections to my back and I cannot thank him enough for the pain relief I feel. The Orthpaedic Team at Prime Al Warqaa is amazing. I will not seek treatment anywhere else other than Prime. Extremely happy with the services provided.

Doctors are busy with their cellphones while you're talking with them, mean and fidget, they just want to finish with you as fast as possible, you don't get any empathy or human touch, stressing vibes, you don't feel you're welcome. It's normal that another patient to barge in the room during consultation, so you need to fight with the patient because the doctor & nurse will do nothing so no patient privacy and you need to face all these while you're in pain

Went at 3am as my son was vomiting continuously. The receptionist was very rude and said 'first of all we are trying to help you'. I don't know what he means by help as everything done for my son was like any regular patient nothing over the top or extraordinary. Please let your staff know they aren't doing patients a favour by providing medical care and it's what they are paid for.

Totally satisfied and happy with the assistance of the staff here especially Ms. Aldae Ynlo and Doc. Shamia who was very kind and assisted us from the beginning of the treatment. We've been coming daily here for 6 consecutive days for my husband's treatment and truthfully everyone is so accomodating. We highly recommend this clinic for the excellent service.

Dr. Mohamed Sami is amazing. Visited him for shoulder and elbow pain due to tendonitis, he explained everything to me and helped me recover fast. Highly recommended if you are looking for an orthopedic especially if you are an athlete. Ms. Rampriya the nurse also did a good job in assisting. Happy with their services.

Waiting in the long queue at the pharmacy has consistently been a frustrating experience. The prolonged wait times not only test my patience but also disrupt my schedule. It would be beneficial if the pharmacy could implement more efficient systems to minimize these delays and enhance the overall customer experience.

I waited for loooong time for the dermatology doctor , dr. Maiada , they said she is talking to another doctor and that took over than 1 hour , moreover the secretary guy in front of the doctor's office was not existed for the whole time, I was wondering who should I talk to ! That was difficult and weird

I visited prime Medical Center Mizhar branch today, doctor mohammad taleb is a great doctor a urologist specialist i am waiting for my surgery in prime hospital and hopefully it will be everything smooth with doctor taleb. Waited more than 30 minutes just to take a medicine from the pharmacy! the Dr. contacted me by phone to come and collect the medicine but didn’t add it to the system! (this is waist of time). The pharmacy guy was really helpful and tried to address the issue, thanks to him.

I had a very pleasant experience at prime medical center (Mizhar branch). Doctor Mohammad Taleb was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The nurse Nelia was so kind, caring and professional and was a joy to deal with.

This clinic is definitely my favorite Prime Medical one! The staff is caring and truly nice. The doctors are truly knowledgeable and understanding and they make you feel at ease right away. I definitely recommend this branch!

Worst service ever !! First time in UAE that Dentist Hassan refused to accept a patient because I was late stuck on the traffic. Next time, please put the patient on the naughty corner for better punishment.

The Pharmacy at the Arabian Centre need to be advanced with active employees. Out of 5 counters only 2 is attending and the rest is doing their own job without looking at the people waiting for so long.
