I took my dog around August 5th. He had travelled to Lucknow all the way from Chennai. He had been vomiting little drops of white foamy liquid for 2 days and coughing a little bit while doing that (just a case of travel sickness). I took him to this clinic since it's closer to my house and the reviews on Google weren't bad, however, my dog's situation only worsened after that. He took my dog's temperature and it was all normal, yet he was given 3 injections which had 5 medicines one of which was for fever. Later I got to know that all were overdoses. My dog started vomiting everything he ate from the next day for a week. We consulted him over the phone so he told that various tests need to be done, etc, etc. Now what I don't know is if he's so inexperienced or he was just trying to extort money, but for either case my experience was extremely pathetic! Now my dog is a hyper one specially around doctors and needles and I am a new pet owner since I adopted him. But doctor Saurabh was extremely bad in handling my dog too...in fact my dog got a few injuries while he was giving my dog those injections. Now fire to fuel, he started telling me that my dog isn't a Lhasa Apso but a Cocker Spaniel , in fact he wrote Cocker Spaniel as my dog's breed on his treatment sheet too. My dog Snowy is either a pure Lhasa or a mix of Lhasa and Pomeranian but definitely not a Cocker Spaniel. I'll attach pictures of my dog and a cocker spaniel, please see for yourself how experienced he(doctor) is. I saw my poor dog suffering for 2 entire weeks and it is all because of the doctor. I have no idea who are the people who gave him these positive reviews.

It has totally been a blessing and wonderful experience with Dr. Saurabh of our labrador puppy "Gadhu". Gadhu was weighing only 1.5 at 2 months. But with great expertise and right diagnosis of Dr. Saurabh , we were quickly able to improve his weight and overall energy. All vaccines were timely given and he was available whenever we needed him with right consultation for issues we were facing as being first time dog parents. I would recommend all other pet parents in Lucknow and nearby to definitely not waste their time elsewhere and consultant Dr. Saurabh if you want to get the best treatment and consultation. Amazing experience with this clinic and doctor's treatment. My cat (Luna) is diagnosed tick fever..he prescribed him proper medicine and treatment with weekly checkup and now my cat is well and happy... We totally lost hope on vets as we lost our other cat of 5 month old (Jerry) because of a wrong treatment of another vet clinic. But Thanks to Doctor Saurabh who helped us a lot to save my love ones life and kept our faith. These are the doctors who still defines the real definition of "saviours"...I wish that I had visit you previously so our jerry may would still with us .. just have faith in treatment and follow the right guidance

This doctor is an extorianist..I consulted this doctor(Dr.Saurabh) for a street dog who was suffering with hand injury as he was near to my home with some handful good reviews I trusted him.He initially said that this would take 2 to 3 days and took heavy amount for injections and dressing..next day he was called just for dressing and then again he asked for same amount and said it would take 10 to 15 days to recover with same dressing daily. This clears the feudal and greedy mindset of him..I never called him again.

Having the detailed care with Dr.Saurabh is really very worthy for mine pet Sparky. I'm glad to have been referred to Dr.Saurabh. My dog of 9yrs had been really sick and was already under treatment under a different vet but I saw no difference with his line of treatment. However when Saurabh took 9ver Ginu's case I could see a marked different with the new line of treatment. Dr. Saurabh is Good. But as he is young and new, he focus more on money rather than learning and building good reputation. you are doing good, for puppy diet, suggest the best food rather than suggesting suppliment (suppliment should be recommended incase of weakness and illness recovery) but for home visit within 2 KM, please keep your fees same as clinic fees.

Don't recommend it. They were giving my dog unnecessary injections that were painful and they were also not giving the right medication for her treatment. I got in contact with some other vets which were also not in favour of the treatment my dog was receiving here.
