Amazing service from Muhammed! Always quick to reply to my enquiries, take time and are patience to answer to my questions with regards to Covid Test Day 2,5 and 8. He and his team are always helpful and reliable. I've asked for an express Day 5 test result and they have ensure the lab send over within the time frame! Impressed! .. They kept their promise and do not over promise their customer. Definitely recommended. Location is perfect as well at Central London. A must go Pharmacy! I will definitely be back.

Excellent service, really fast and profession. It wasn't my first time with them actually it's my third time for ordering medicines to Saudi Arabia. For me this Pharmacy is not recomendables at all They are free to choose their prices, but, coming with the rest of the market, are very high, and, doesnt have a poner service, they just want to sell, they recommend you what is convenient to them, not what is convenient for the patient or buyer After trying 2-3 of their pharmacies, for sure will not enter again If you look for a good Pharmacy, this is not the one at all

lack of transparency and integrity, they don’t deserve any star , their product are overpriced not even labeled there is no price tag on it , the staff are manipulative with no dignity they refuse to return and refund me in the same day I bought a product even in their website for term and condition they don’t status any policy regarding refund which is not acceptable ,as costumer I have rights .shame of them

I did call this pharmacy to buy something specific . One week they said it was £100 , the week after £125 . In the same day they told me to call again and gave me the price of £280 for a consultation with a doctor . Only that because this product is sold out everywhere and they are making money on top of it . Profits , profits …. Such a shame !

We visited Prince Pharmacy Knightsbridge on our trip to London from Canada for some emergency contact lenses and medication. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and accommodating in our needs and the staff were all very friendly. Next time we are in the Knightsbridge area we will definitely stop by for all our pharmacy needs!

You definitely don’t want to be greeted here - such poor attitude towards customers - it’s like they hate being there. If you’re unwell it’s a face you don’t want to see! Prices are spiked but it’s understandable due to its location etc. But it doesn’t cost to be nice!

The medicine is double price here compared to other nearby pharmacies. I bought a Arcoxia tablet for £89 and I same I got it from nearby pharmacy for £40 when u ask them why, the unjustifiable reason we are pvt pharmacy as other are public... I dont recommend ....

Watch out items cost double here than in any normal pharmacy in the UK, when you ask them why is the difference they just say, because we are a private pharmacy... As if boots, superdrugs and all the rest of pharmacies were charities

Pathetic pharmacy, rude and refused to tell me the pharmacists name, the pharmacist is legally required to be on premises for the entire time the pharmacy is open (minus 1 hour lunch) Yet was absent for 4-5 hours + Terribly managed

Avoid this pharmacy. They charge an absolute fortune - double the price of a normal pharmacy and do it in a non transparent manner. The staff are unhelpful and have no concept of customer service, they will not allow you a refund.

This pharmacy is a total rip off. I went to buy covid tests and they charged me £15 each, obviously recognising that I'm not from London and wouldn't know they are £2 at boots! Preying on sick tourists. How kind.

Absolute con man tried to double the advertised price for a bottle of vitamins. When I challenged him, his comment was “you have to try” ……. should be banned from running a health business
