I hurt my back at work a year ago. I had to find a physiotherapist who worked with WSIB. This was extremely difficult to find? When I went to see Elie Azzi, and with no concerns, he did a complete assessment and offered to me a treatment to be able to recover in a very short time. Recently, I had to go back to see him, and again recovered quickly. Elie, is very professional and knowledgeable. He treats patients with the utmost respect. His clinic is very clean and his receptionist is kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Elie to my friends and family.

I had a meniscus tear and surgery a few years ago. I always still had some issues afterwards, but at one point the pain wouldn't go away. I met with Fadi for physiotherapy and he did a great job assessing and treating me. He was very knowledgeable and was always able to answer my questions. The pain eventually subsided and I continued with treatment for a little while longer as a preventative measure. I always enjoyed going to Pro Care because Jenny and Fadi were always so pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend Pro Care Physiotherapy.

It is with appreciation that I write this review. The clinic was recommended to me by my husband whose shoulder injury was successfully managed by Mr. Azzi. The proximity of the clinic to our home was also a deciding factor. I am extremely thankful for Elie’s expertise, professionalism, and personable approach to therapy. My knee is now actually in better shape than prior to the injury because of the rehab plan that Elie recommended. I would highly recommend the clinic to friends and family members.

Elie at Pro Care is an excellent and knowledgeable physiotherapist. He took the time to listen and was able to treat my condition efficiently while giving me usefull exercises to do at home to reduce the pain. His professionalism was exceptionnal and I thank him for his excellent patient care. I looked for a very professional trained staff and clean environment and I found that with Elie Azzi and Pro Care Physiotherapy. I was in a lot pain which was affecting my quality of life. I had a really good experience with Pro Care Physiotherapy. They are very professional and very accommodating of their clients' needs. From providing expert services for my rehabilitation process, suggesting & arranging the right medical equipment to providing the necessary paperwork for insurance claims they were always very sincere and helpful at every step. Had a total rupture of my Patella Tendon in my right leg could not walk. Post surgery I was laid up in bed for a month. After a month I started physio with Fadi. He was very professional, and got me up and moving, gave me exercises for home and now I can function independently. The accident happened when I'm 70, so recovery is also ways an adventure, his services were outstanding.

I came in with a longstanding shoulder problem from a snowboarding accident a few years ago. Elie was very attentive and thorough in explaining the exercises we would be doing to treat my shoulder injury. Very professional staff. Clean clinic. Good availability. Following my treatments, I feel much better. Will definitely be going back for any other injury. Highly recommended!

I had been suffering quite a bit of pain for a while on the inside of the arch on left foot. I had this diagnosed by Elie as an injury to the tibialis posterior tendon. I went through a number of treatments and received advice on stretching exercises. The pain is mostly gone and I highly recommend Elie as a physio practitioner and Pro Care as a professional practice.

Great place and service both Shady and Elie are awesome, Elie has a great knowledge and he totally knows what he's doing. I had to get treats for Bell's Palsy and I felt welcomes since day 1. Great customer service even though sometimes I was late for my appointment and had to re- schedule they help with professionalism. Its highly recommended.

I recently suffered from a debilitating vertigo condition involving dizziness and balance problems. My doctor referred me to Elie at Pro Care Physiotherapy. Elie obviously knew the physio treatment to apply for my condition because after only three treatments my symptoms completely disappeared. The atmosphere at the clinic is also pleasant.

I discovered Pro Care Physiotherapy through my wife and I am glad I did. Reception is very accommodating with appointments and are pleasant to deal with. I went to see Elie with a mysterious pain in my ankle that my family doc could only guess at. It took Elie no time to diagnose what the actual problem was and how to treat it. It began to feel better after the first session and with continued exercise, the pain is gone. Elie's a great therapist and a kind soul. I highly recommend him.

About 5 months ago I had a severe knee injury. I spent the first 3 months going different places with hardly any result. Then I was lucky to see Elie at Pro Care Physio and the treatment worked excellent.. After a month and a half I am almost healed. I highly recommend Elie and Pro Care Physio. After barely being able to walk into the clinic without assistance, Elie was able to get me back to full mobility after only a couple of sessions. Amazing staff and knowledgeable physiotherapist. Mr. Azzi helped my fully recover from an ACL injury after surgery. Its a great feeling to be back to sports. I highly recomend this physio clinic and would def consider it should i need rehab again!
