Manager was very rude!!!! I asked for a discounted price for a display tool box. She told me they don’t do that and continued to ask me who told me I can get a discount, she also told the clerk to check the tool box and make sure I didn’t steal anything. I paid the full price as she continued to try and make a scene. I stayed quiet and left.
The contract system was down so we had to wait an half hour...but after that got resolved...these guys rock!
First class personnel who go the extra mile to meet your needs.
