Receptionist lied to me, booked my appointment for a completly different city and stole $25 from me for "missing the appointment" that I actually did show up to. *UPDATE* They Responded to this review, They were very patient and understanding with me unintentionally making things difficult, even staying on the line when my internet went out. They worked very close with me and made sure I had everythign worked out, organized and was understanding in the extra help I needed to figure things out. They also worked out where the mistake happeend, what happeend so they could best sresolve any internal issues their may have been. I raise my star rating for careing to reach back to make sure I was getting the help I needed.

I have been to this physio location for two separate injuries a couple years apart. Although all physiotherapists appear to be extremely knowledgeable, I was very fortunate to have been paired with Erin. Erin was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my injuries and the timeline it would take to get me back to my regular self again. I can't say enough about Erin and the care that I received. Also, the support staff at this location are extremely helpful and friendly. From the front office staff to the support staff supporting Erin, they are all friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend this physio location 100%. Thank you Erin for helping me to get back to normal.... :)

Thanks to the team at Pro Physio - Philippe and Ella - after four weeks of treatment for a hip inflammation, I am feeling much less pain and am on the mend. Philippe performed an excellent diagnosis and explained my situation in very clear detail so I could work along with him to resolve my issue. He also patiently and in very clear terms answered my many questions along the way. Ella is always a charm, very professional, pleasant and polite as she administers the various forms of therapy - always with a smile. This is my go-to physio stop for the past several years…highly recommended!

At the prophysio gloucester I receive professionnal services . The Staff is very kind and professionnal. They know what they are doing. they are here for you and are very patient. I have been treated there for multiple injuries and I always recommand my family and friends. Their neuro rehab center is amazing ,..My brother who had a severe stroke a few months ago is receiving treatment and he is happy with the treatment. His condition is improving . He was on a whelchair and now he is using a canne .thank you Guys, you are doing an awesome job . Keep going. GOD bless you.

I have been receiving treatment at this location for ten months now. Upon arrival I'm always greeted with a smile which is great when you are suffering with pain. The place is always clean which is important to me. As for my treatment, I'm a patient of Sebastian and he has helped me one hundred percent he's very knowledgable in his field and I'm lucky to have him. I want to give you all a sincere thank you for all that you have done to help me. I rate this location top notch 10 out of 10 from my experience.

I have been attending the Pro Physio & Sport Medicine Centres Gloucester Clinic for approximately 2 years. All staff are very professional. Appointment times are almost always to the minute of the set time. Therapists do not rush you through treatment sessions and treat you as a number. They make every effort to provide the best treatment possible for your injury. I can honestly say that my medical condition has vastly improved with my treatments. The staff here are absolutely amazing!! They always made me feel welcome and helped me get back on my feet. (I had injuries in both my knees.) They educated me on all the exercises I needed to do during my recovery process which in turn gave me the confidence I needed and now I am back at work. Thank you for all your hard work! This is a wonderful physiotherapy centre. It is clean and friendly with very professional staff, as well as welcoming with its nice open space that has lots of natural light. I can't say enough great things about the treatment I have received here. I have been treated by Phil for years and I find his knowledge, skill, sensitivity and perceptiveness to be exemplary.

We are extremely happy with the service we receive at Pro physio. The physiotherapists and staff are excellent and very knowledgeable....always on time, polite and with the virus ongoing they are excellent at cleaning down all the equipment, etc. We feel very safe going there. I attended this centre for my post total knee replacement Physiotherapy. I found the staff therapist Rami and Aimee highly competent and crucial in helping me to regain the strength and function of my knee that I had lost after surgery. As a physician, I strongly recommend this centre to those who need Physio after surgery or accident.

Philip is clearly a brilliant and humble man, but maybe he is shackled by the corporate lifemark/pro-physio/loblaws model. I wish he could have helped me, but unfortunately he did not get to the bottom of it. Not a negative experience, but my gosh, does this clinic need to work on providing more comprehensive spine care.

If physio is a necessary part of life, then this is the place to have it. The frontline staff are welcoming; the support staff are patient, and every one helps my therapist Phil provide excellent care to me. There are times the journey has been challenging--I'm grateful to have Phil and company part of my team.

Been there a couple for separate incidents times. They are very professional, and very well equipped. My most recent visit was post Covid-19 shutdown and they are taking every precautionary procedure. I definitely felt safe going there and left confident that they cared about my safety and theirs.

i am going to Ramy for my physio. I have Parkinson. It is helpful with my balance and overall improvement of muscles. Ramy is great at modifying exercises according to my ability and constantly reassessing . He is very professional. Anyone I interact with in that facility is friendly and helpful.

I have been seeing Erin for over 6 years now for physical therapy. My therapy regime is one of the only things that helps my chronic joint pain, inflammation and stiffness. The service is amazing and I feel like family when I go. Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable and approachable.

I had a very positive experience at Pro Physio on Bank St. Ilia Fridland is an excellent physiotherapist. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, and helped me along my knee replacement rehab with great care and advice. Would definitely recommend him.
