I reached out to Lee from Pro Roofing Sutton as I could see wet patches on the wall in one of of bedrooms (upstairs). Lee came round the following day to inspect the issue. He provided a lot of detail, outlined potential problems that could have caused this (some were roof related, others weren't) and suggested to try a few things first (eg dehumidifier) before going ahead with a roof job. I really appreciated Lee's approach and honest & professional feedback, I could really tell he was trying to find the best way forward rather than getting a job in that might not be required after all. I'd highly recommend going ahead with Lee if you need any honest advice on your roof.

Lee has done two jobs for us now. Replaced flat roof on bay window and removal of.chimney stack to below roof level. Both jobs were done to a very high standard. They were priced fairly and both came in on on budget (the exception being when roof was removed it revealed extra timber work was needed as bay window had been poorly installed). Lee was neat and tidy no mess left afterwards. Both jobs were done to exceptional standard, concientiously doing little extra bits that he could have got away with not doing. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Lee arrived on site at the time he said he would be and got straight on with the job. Pro Roofing are very Professional and work to a high standard. They have done work for both myself and my parents. They are very conscientious and leave the site clean and tidy at the end of the day. I needed to repair some old cast iron guttering which had various leaks. Lee gave me all of the options and costs available before the work started. He arrived on time and spoke through the process of the job keeping me up to date on the way. He went out of his way to fix a difficult end joint and didn’t charge me extra. It’s hard to find good tradesman like this nowadays and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Lee came round on time, was very friendly, and described the work that needed doing. He replaced missing tiles, taking them from a part of the roof that was not visible, so they matched the existing ones, then put the new ones in the hidden area. This was instead of the easy option of just putting the new tiles where they were needed. He also repaired a broken tile elsewhere, that he noticed on the way out.

Lee came out straight away to our leaking roof which we thought was a flat roof problem . After his inspection of the roof he showed me what was the probable cause of the leak which was the velux flashing . He returned as soon as the weather allowed . He was extremely conscientious , polite , punctual and everything else that goes with a professional tradesman . I would highly recommend Lee at Pro Roofing

Lee responded to an urgent guttering problem where water damage was a significant risk. He was helpful, professional and thorough. He eased the immediate problem and came back next day and solved it. So good to find a tradesman who goes the extra mile, and all delivered in a nice manner.

Lee quickly identified the key problems from a problem gutter and an errant leak. The recommended reset and fixing of errant tiles was implemented professionally and in agreed timeframes. Very easy to deal with and left the job spotless on completion. Would highly recommend.
