I first have to say that ProSports Rehab has been a fantastic experience, as the staff has exhibited exemplary customer service and compassion for the patients on every single visit. Both engaging and encouraging with their patients, they make it their mission to help patients and strive for improvements on every single visit. I’ve had to go two times, one session with Brayden and one with Phan. Both are positive experiences. However, Phan has been by far my favorite physical therapy experience. Infusion, both Western and Eastern techniques, Phan has given me a unique way to treat my injuries, primarily through cupping. In addition, Phan has not only encouraged me through my treatment plan but has encouraged me in other ways to ensure I recover from my injury. He also provides thorough education through various sectors of treatment, providing visual demonstrations of what’s currently occurring through my recovery and what to expect during new treatment tactics, showing the passion he has for his profession and the recovery of his patients.
