We've used several contractors in the past and Prochaps has been by far the best in all aspects discovered by pot luck using google. Very professional and great follow up, they stuck to the estimated timeframe to complete. They also executed works to a high level standard with reasonable pricing. The team had great attitude and were respectful of the property throughout and very clean. We ended up using them for other projects since. They were consistent in the quality of work every time and very organised to complete the job quickly (unlike other contractors that drag out the project to bill for time and have bad attitude with it). Jobs they did for us was drop ceiling, paintwork, fixing water damage, etc which averaged between 1-3 weeks to complete depending on the job. Really great experience working with Carlene and her team at Prochaps.

We are very happy with the work done by ProChaps. We used them for some decorating work - they uplifted and removed the carpeting, prepared and painted the stairs ready to have some runners fitted. The communication was great, and the pricing was reasonable. They checked in with us consistently to ensure we are happy with the work. We will definitely use them again!
