Called them because my pipes froze and when I went under the house to unfreeze them I realized one was leaking. I wanted to get the pipe replaced. They did show up same day which was nice but basically told me there was nothing they could do (not really sure why) and it would either be $250 for him to just show up and do nothing, or another $150 for him to go in the crawl space and look at it. I didn't want to pay $250 for him to show up and leave so I went in the crawl space with him and pointed out where I knew it was leaking from, since this was hours since I'd defrosted it it was refrozen and not leaking, he took some pictures and left. Cost me almost $400, didn't offer to fix anything, just said he'd get me a quote next week about replumbing the whole house. Today the pipes unfroze and suprise its still broken in the exact spot I showed him. Now its gushing water and I had to shut off water to the whole house. Out $$ and still have the exact problem I called about. They're closed today so can't even get ahold of them to get them back out to fix the original problem. Feel ripped off.

I had renters who couldn't use water or toilets for several days due to clogged pipes & because I had to dismiss the first plumbers I called. Proline located the problem in the main which involved digging up the front yard, a real challenge due to difficult access. After digging down 10 ft, the scope had led them to the wrong pipe. They had thought they were just about done but the problem-solving was just beginning. As it was getting late I was worried about being abandoned. It was a real mystery as to where the water was going. My deep gratitude to Eddie, Alex, Vlad & Tony for their determination, persistence, & ability to work together to solve a very unusual & challenging problem. I hope they all get a raise. When they finally located the problem, it was a mess! They fixed everything, backfilled the yard, worked in the dark & were finally done at 9pm...after arriving at 7:30 am. Although I thought the estimate I agreed to was a bit high at first, I really appreciate that they didn't double the price when things got messy. Thank you to that team!

Knowledgeable and friendly. The person who answers your call is friendly too. But fees are too high in my opinion. And they charge just to come check something out. Even if they were the ones who did the service a couple weeks before. You get a year workmanship warranty from them. But if you have any questions or concerns. They'll charge you to come take a look. And you will only not be charged IF they found a problem that they can't say isn't from them. I don't agree with how they deal with their business. Of course it's nice for them as a company but you feel cheated out of your money as a customer. Also unfortunately you have to be available in a 4 hour window. You can't schedule a time any closer, but you can call like an hour before your scheduled 4 hour window and see when they will arrive approximately. Id only recommend them if you have an emergency and there isn't any other services available. I believe they are available 24 hrs a day for emergencies. Their prices are only worth it if it is an emergency imo.

BEWARE!! Get a quote first!! Be prepared to be misdiagnosed and overcharged! I had Pro-Line come to fix a hot water heater and a leaky pipe connection. This took less than 2 hours and I was charged $953 with no parts used. As Tony was leaving I noticed he had broken a piece of trim on my door and I asked him to repair it which he was not happy about and he then reinstalled it upside down. A week later the hot water heater stopped working again. Even though they say” 100% customer guarantee”, they quoted me a minimum of 3 to $400 to diagnosis it. I called another company to come out, they diagnosed it over the phone, came and replaced a part. It took him less than 20 minutes, a charge of $249 and it fixed the problem.

These folks came out to do an assessment and quote for my home warranty company. I'm giving 4 stars despite their astronomical quote which was almost 3x what another company quoted for the exact same job (total re-plumb of my 700 sq ft house) because the person I dealt with, Dustin, was on time, polite, had a positive attitude, and they did what they said they would do with no nudging needed by me. I'm not able to afford their services, but if I had the money, I would go with them because they seem competent and like they actually want to do their jobs, which is weirdly hard to find in Portland-area contractors.

When we had need of a plumber to come fix a leaking and rotted out pipe underneath our tub Proline Plumbing was the first plumbing company to respond and set up a time to come check it out. Our crawlspace is fairly inaccessible but that didn't stop their amazing technician from suiting up and getting in as far as they could to assess the damage and provide great pictures. They came up with a great plan and when it came time for the service to be done it was done excellently and very professionally. I highly recommend Proline.

At 7:00 p.m. when the pipe broke under the house on a Saturday nothing is going right. I called Proline and the dispatcher was very professional in taking my info, when Tyrone showed up he was polite and checked out how bad I screwed things up. He told me how much it was going to cost and got right to work. Unfortunately there was no way to get to the break, so he had to open up the floor. He only cut what he needed to. Very happy with the service and I will call Proline again if I need anything else done with the plumbing.

One of my roofers accidentally broke an exhaust vent pipe from the water heater and couldn’t fix it, it was noticed at the end of a long hot day and we all wanted to go home, after getting put on hold and no call backs from multiple plumbing company’s and expecting to be there until midnight, Tony came within 15 minutes due to location being nearby and had the customer as well as I satisfied within another 15 minutes. Give that guy Tony a raise, it was a pleasure to have him fix my problem.

ProLine Plumbing was great. The administrator was helpful and friendly and she had a technician out to my house within a few hours. My technician (Tony) was fantastic. He was efficient, straightforward, and patient enough to explain multiple things I probably already should have known (e.g. what buttons and valves in my house to exactly what). He also carefully walked me through my options and gave me advice on the best path for repairing my water heater and considering replacing it.

My husband passed away three weeks ago. I am still quite emotional. Then a water line exploded in my garage. Tyrone Miles was professional, compassionate and very helpful. He recommended a water removal service that is coming out tomorrow to dry out the crawl space. They moved me up to the front of the line because of Tyrone. I will recommend Proline to all my friends and family and neighbors. Tyrone brought a ray of sunshine and hope to my home. Thank you all so very much.

The technician answered the phone during evening hours, had me send picture of the water heater tag, and showed up the next morning with a replacement. He did a great job installing it and explained the differences and features of the new water heater. It should be noted I had called a different “24 hour service” company first that didn’t answer the phone or call me back til about noon the next day.

Chris showed up on time and ready to work. He handled the job quickly and even gave us pointers on how to keep things running smoothly. He also noticed we had an open pipe from waiting for a sink to be installed, and suggested we put a cloth in the pipe to stop sewer gasses from getting into the house. Nice guy, great service. Will use them again

Pro line started 2023 out wonderfully for me. I called 7 plumbers after the ice storm because my bathroom water barely existed. Pro line was the only plumbing company that "talked to me". They scheduled me, sent me a fantastic plumber (Tyrone) who explained, diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Great experience. Scheduling was very easy, and Max, our plumbing technician was absolutely the best. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the fix in detail. Max was very personable and upbeat, and obviously knew his stuff. ProLine did not disappoint.
