Best delivery, service and tasting meal prep company I have used. I have used a few different services and usually the food either does not look like the pictures, tastes awful, or is not as 'healthy' as they claim. ProMeals delivery was on time, customer service is very responsive, the meals were well packed and package - I LOVE that they have the nutrition labeling on every meal - most delivery service just print the name of the dish on the package and you have to go back online to check all the macros/nutrition levels - which is a pain when you're trying to be time efficient in tracking your macros etc. first meal service where they actually offer LOW fat options, a lot of meal services have lower calorie options but the fat is super high - these have a perfect proportion of calories, protein, fats & carbs WHILE keeping a great taste. Food tastes great AND you can tell it is clean and freshly made. Half the battle of choosing an online meal prep service is actually KNOWING that the food you are putting in your body is not mass produced and shipped to the entire nation - but local (Texas) and actually made with quality ingredients. I use them to sub my lunch and dinner every day - I prep my breakfast and snack. I will continue to use!

Food was good, flavorful. Customer service has been rough. I have no idea what the text function is for because every time I’ve texted, they just ask to call. They have an email option, but I’ve emailed multiple times with no answer. I have sent probably 3 emails to them total. I cancelled my subscription, still got charged $128, texted/emailed/called about it, and it still hasn’t been refunded to my account 11 days after posting on my side. Call hours are during a normal work day, which is inconvenient since I work a hospital setting - as I’m sure many clients buying meal prep work long, busy hours. If the customer service portion was ironed out, I would’ve considered staying with this company. I was shopping around for different meal prep services, but unfortunately this one was the most inconvenient and difficult to cancel so I will not be going back. Here’s to hoping I get my $128 back, I’ll be disputing with the bank. Update: I received a phone call from management and got the refund. I’ll move it up to 4 stars now. This would be a 5 star business for me if it was more client friendly - it felt like cancelling a gym membership because it was more difficult than necessary in my opinion.

These meals made me sick. First time trying it and it will be my last. I received my meals on Thursday and I ate one for lunch. I got diarrhea. I thought it was just a fluck. Then come Friday night I had another meal, I got nauseous. I ended up puking and then the diarrhea started. I've had diarrhea, severe stomach cramps and nausea since then. Its Sunday afternoon as I write this review. My mistake was ordering almost $200 or items to try. I don't think they are safe to eat. It was easy to order. They were some issues with delivery. They delivered my meals but not my juices. Juices were delivered the following day though. Also juices look horrible. They arrived completely frozen. Upon thawing, they dont look good. Im afraid to try them after my experience with the meals. Update: It is now Wednesday afternoon, and I still continue with diarrhea. The nausea and vomiting has mostly subsided.

The food taste seemed to all blend together when we reheat. Customer support was very difficult. Not sure why they offer an email or text option when it just says to call. I called to cancel and they said I still have 2 more shipments I cannot cancel for the subscription due to cutoff dates. 2 of the meals when arrived the packaging was broken open and made a complete mess in the cooler. Cancelled and trying something local so we don’t also have the delays in shipping through FedEx. Food was ok but not good enough to have shipped in from Houston. We also ordered because they claim to ship fresh foods. Well the second shipment arrived completely frozen. Another reason we cancelled.

Whenever I'm on turnarounds working 80-90 hours a week, the last thing I want to do is come home and cook. Eating out was getting expensive (and quite fattening) so I decided to try a meal prep service and was not disappointed with ProMeals! Great food, showed up to my door so it was super convenient, and Ishmael was so kind and helpful with any concerns or account questions I had. Would highly recommend them and DEFINITELY try out the Very Fruity Protein Rice Krispies! I brought some to work and they've been begging me to bring some more so I'm about to order a whole batch of them.

I love it! I order ProMeals and it was super easy, the website is super friendly and easy to navigate. The delivery was on point. But the best of all was the food. OMG! I'll confess I tried to eat my fav dishes first and I let for last the ones that I thought I would like the least (you know, I'm not a fish fan, but I have to eat it because it's good for you haha). Long story short, every time I opened a new meal, I said, "this is my favorite".. even the ones with fish. It's such delicious food, it doesn't feel like I'm watching my calories..

Ordered a holiday meal package for my mom and other residents at a medical boarding house for Christmas. Ordering was simple and delivery seamless. My mom said the food was delicious. It was a great option for a healthy and nutritious meal. Since I coordinated all arrangements from out of town, it worked out perfectly. Highly recommend. Will definitely order from them again.

Everything was packed perfectly,neatly, and cold. The guy called before he arrived. Bonus was the cool insulated bag! Drinking "Nourish" right now,its probably the best tasting 'healthy' juice I have had so far! Can't wait to have dinner tonight! Problem is,I can't decide on what to eat! Lol!

Been using this company for years. You can count on them to make deliveries to meet your healthy eating goals, and if they RARELY get it wrong, they make it right. They have gotten more expensive, but regularly have discount codes if you seek them out.

Not exactly sure as to why, but the last couple of weeks I’ve ordered from them the meals appear to be damaged. And now there’s pieces of plastic on the food. Their food is usually good though but this is just annoying to deal with. Photo posted below.
