Very nice guy but did me pretty dirty and was quite dishonest. Came in for a simple A/C Recharge and A/C diagnosis, prior to coming in I confirm with Chevrolet that my car takes 14oz of freon, Miguel tells me he puts in 18oz if freon. Miguel’s negligence over pressurized the system with freon and destroys my A/C compressor. Then when I tell him that they overcharged the freon he says I have to pay $1800 to replace the entire A/C system. He and I both know what happened is unfair to me, but it’s just not worth my time to take him to court over it. I would appreciate a refund and he take the loss and not make his customers pay for his mistakes. But i’ll just leave this review up here instead, do not take your car to these guys for any reaI diagnostic work, Miguel I knew you destroyed my compressor and you still charged me to pay for your mistake. Even after replacing everything A/C related the vehicle was still malfunctioning with the original problem I came in for, he tells me it needs to be taken to Chevrolet for programming and turns out all I needed was a body control module replaced. Turns out my A/C was fine all along and instead of properly diagnosing the car he took my wallet for a joy ride with this shops costly inaccurate diagnostics. SO incredibly helpful!!! A few months ago I was leaving a nearby business when the steering wheel of my parked car locked up and my car would no longer start. I tried everything I could think of and didn’t know what to do and it was getting late, so I called them for a tow to their shop. On the phone a very helpful guy (I wish I knew his name!) was very transparent about the cost of the tow so that I wouldn’t be surprised. After asking for information about my car he then talked me through a few more things I could try to fix by myself, like wiggling the key and the steering wheel at the same time, and like magic my car started! I was able to cancel the tow and they didn’t charge me a cent for the help. I know that when my car DOES have an issue that needs more help, there is no doubt that I will bring my business here. I had a high quality experience working with Professional Automotive. Miguel is a stand up guy who stated, "I try to work on every car like it's my own." The quality of their work & way they do business backs his statement. My car was towed into the shop with $17,000 worth the damage & was returned to me as if the manufacturer made a brand new front end. In addition to the quality of their craft, they were also patient and thorough with me & my questions, as well as working with Allstate Insurance Co. There were numerous back & fourth communications with insurance & they worked thorough it with patience & always a very pleasant attitude. I highly recommend Professional Automotive!

Was in town for a quick business trip and my car broke down. I was hundreds of miles from home and had my car towed to Professional Automotive so I could not move it anywhere. At this point they could have taken complete advantage of me and quoted whatever price and I would have been forced to pay it or sell my car. They were completely honest, fixed (and did a little more) my car at the quoted price and did an amazing job. Could not be happier with my experience. They fixed the problem quickly, acted with complete integrity and were very professional. If you ever have any problems go to them. Will recommend them for the rest of my life.

They made a great repair on my door, worked with me on an additional paint repairs and even surprised me by buffing my faded headlights at no extra charge. They truly have a heart to please the customer and I'll not hesitate to recommend them to anyone as my car looks like new again! Since my original review I have continued to use them for mechanical work on my vehicles. They are extremely honest and have even recommended NOT doing repairs that were not truly needed... repairs that I would have willingly paid for. Their integrity has been awesome and my vehicles are running great. I continue to have great experiences with them.

So thankful for finding this place! Needed to change my 3rd brake light; these guys were friendly, polite, fast and affordable. Turned out chaning my light required more disassembly of fixtures than some other cars, but the mechanic, Miguel, gave me straight-forward feedback and worked swiftly. Customer service was excellent, the manager, George, even offered me bottled water on arrival. As a woman, I'm often wary about being ripped off at auto shops, but here I received very reasonable price and great service. I will definitely go back there for my service and other car needs. First time going through Professional Automotive, and I am very pleased with my experience. Miguel was quick and effective when handling things on the back end with my insurance company (State Farm), and the work done on my car was really well done. I was rear-ended back in March, and Miguel and his team ensured my car went back to looking new! All OEM parts and correct color matching. Some parts are taking a bit longer to come in, so I’d account to give them extra time for those deliveries. Overall two thumbs up!

Miguel and his team are AWESOME at Professional Automotive! They really helped me in bringing my Saab back to life. With 160,000 miles on it, it drives like new now. They worked with me and only charged me a fraction of what the Saab mechanic quoted me at. They also repaired my girlfriend's front end of her Range Rover and, again, returned it to us just like it was new. Very friendly, accommodating, efficient and trustworthy. Highly recommended! I have a pretty old car and terrible experiences in the past with mechanics. But these guys fixed all the problems from the engine to the broken window on the passengers side and the dent on the right. It was totally worth it. Trustworthy mechanic. The owner was very nice and helpful. Great and fast service. Quality work. I had a paint job done and Miguel was on point with the match. Also I had the AC system repaired before the hot summer heat and he fixed in faster than expected and at a great price. I will definitely be going back.
