This Real Estate Agent is the worst! I have been a tenant in my unit for almost 2 years and I’m still waiting for repairs to be completed and the real estate agent has been well aware of the issues. I have a leaking bathroom ceiling and my spare bedroom wall was damaged and leaking water and they took several months to repair it and the leaking bathroom ceiling was allegedly repaired but is now leaking water worse than before, The lawn at my unit block is rarely cleaned and they still haven’t arranged for the pest control company to come out and spray the common areas and I have been waiting almost 2 years for this issue to be resolved! The staff are rude towards me and I now have been waiting 3 weeks for an email to be sent to me by Zac. Gilbert has been very rude to me in the past and I always have to chase them up about issues regarding my premises! I have been waiting almost 2 years for my fly screens to be replaced and I’m still waiting for a bin schedule to be delivered to all the tenants here because no one ever puts the rubbish bins out for collection and Zac told me he would send me an email over 3 weeks ago! The customer service quality is terrible and they never return my calls so I’ve always got to call them back! They call themselves THE PROFESSIONALS but they come no where close to being PROFESSIONAL about their customer service and support!! This is the WORST REAL ESTATE BUSINESS that I’ve ever had to deal with! Anyway I’m totally disgusted with the service I have had in the past 2 years of being their customer!! I seriously would not recommend them to anyone!! My unit block is often scattered with rubbish around the property and if I don’t clean up the rubbish no one else will and the maintenance guys always do half a job when cutting the grass and cleaning the area and I have been complaining about this and many more problems since January 2022. It’s now December 2023 and a lot of my complaints have not been resolved and I’m now in process of taking them to the RENTAL TRIBUNAL HEARING COURT! If you want bad customer service and very lengthy delays regarding damaged property and other repairs or issues you can trust that THE PROFESSIONALS BELMORE will surely help you out and return your calls whenever they feel like it!! The rubbish bins are never washed out and are disgusting and crawling with maggots everywhere and I have had to wash out all 7 rubbish bins on 2 occasions because THE PROFESSIONALS REAL ESTATE AT BELMORE still have not organised for the cleaning services to wash and clean the rubbish bins out! I can’t wait for this TRIBUNAL HEARING TO BEGIN BECAUSE I AM SICK OF WAITING FOR THE REPAIRS TO BE RESOLVED!! I’m also applying for COMPENSATION! I give them a zero out of 5 STARS regarding their REVIEW!!

I want to write and explain how terrible your service is!!! I accidentally locked my son in our rental unit chasing my other toddler as she almost tumbled down the stairs, keys were inside. We were entering the unit literally just got home, my son was so distressed, screaming, crying, frightened being inside alone, he sounded like he was going to pass out! I was so stressedout! I also had my newborn on my chest (babycarrier). I didn't know what to do? My husband was at work 45mins away, he wasn't answering. I called Toni and she advised me that there was 1 person in office, but call and see what they can do? I called, and the male, I didn't catch his name, had no EMPATHY at all! He seemed to care more about finishing, which he mentioned we close in 5mins?!!! Suggestion was: catch a taxi and come pick up the key!!!!! What? Or order uber, or taxi to bring key over, oh sorry we are not bringing the key over all the way to Bankstown! I understand it's my responsibility to try get that key, but please, have some kind of empathy!!! I'm so dissapointed with the way it was handled.. I endedup calling a locksmith instead, who was more helpful over the phone then you guys were!!! Terrible!

Gilbert and his team had been managing my property for rentals for many years and cannot rate him high enough - Hassle free and easy to deal with, providing good advice and willing to go out of his way to help and ensure my property is taken care of. Professionals Belmore are terrible to deal with from a renter's perspective. They don't respond to emails, lie repeatedly, don't have issues in the apartment fixed promptly. We delt with Toni and she was horrible. We spent a full weekend cleaning and scrubbing out the apartment before giving back the keys when we moved out and she insisted we left it filthy and refused to believe we had cleaned it all. She would not listen to reason. She's a liar and a cheat. She tried to get us to pay more rent than we owed. She wouldn't listen when I called her out on it either. She's horrible. Do yourself a favour and do not deal with her. She wouldn't even talk to me calmly on the phone and raised her voice as me. She caused me to have the worst panic attack I've had in years.

Throughout all my interactions with Michael he was on time, open and honest with his expectations. Michael always makes time for inspections, consultations, and his communication is second to none. Buying your first home is the biggest decision one can make, but Michael’s knowledge and customer centric attitude meant I was made very comfortable and assured throughout the whole process. Highly disappointed with the level of unprofessional behavior by Stephen. First I was called that my application was going to be approved and asked about when I will be moving in and told me that will confirm the full details later during the day but was never given a call back. Later upon asking couple of times I was told that owner has one more application and has not made a decision yet 2 days into following up I see the advertisement that deposit has been taken for the property I was looking to rent. I atleast expect a formal response if my application was not going ahead rather than no response and ignoring my messages and calls.

Michael was very patient with us over an extended period, but during that time he accumulated a list of interested buyers which made the sale of the home a very rapid and straight forward process. If you have a clear understanding of the market and what you want for the property, he will fight to achieve it so that both parties get a good deal. So im asking about the place that i need to go to inspection and asking for the address on which i suppose to go this morning. First of all they say will send me the detail from yesterday and i called them this morning and quite rude and didn't mention anything about the place that been taken.

Unless you're spending money with this agency they appear to have no commitment to customer service. I've made a mental note not to sell any property via the Professionals Belmore based on the phone interaction I just had with incredibly rude staff. Not a great look for a local business.
