Best Real Estate Agent Team ever.. Team at professional blacktown are the best real estate agent ever we've dealth with... Kudos to Denjola for running such a customer oriented team.. Extremely polite, extremely fair and extremely helpful.. Plenty of agents out there but no other agents can come even closer to the level of service team at professional blacktown thrives to provide to their customers. Team at professional blacktown exceeded all our expectations and truely has established themselves as the most trustworthy agent in our books.. 5 stars are not enough to explain how pleased we are with the service we received from the team. Team at professional blacktown has sucessfully changed our perception towards dealing with real state agents as we had some bad experiences in the past and professional blacktown pleasantly surprised us with level of professionalism demonstrated so far. The team really lives up to the agency name, they are managing my property from the last 6 months, and so far have had only good experienecs, Vijay was initially managing my unit, when he left the transition was smooth and an email was sent to all clients advising that Nandini would take over and will get a call. I did get the call, and she explained me about getting the existing tenancy which had expired and that there is a strong possiblity to increase the rent. I followed her advice and she successfuly negotiated a rent raise and term extension as well. She had displayed great attitude and strong professionl ethics, I would defintly recommend Professionals Den Agency.

Place is ok, the agents are alright nothing special but they did ask me to pay a week in advance, so if your renting beware of that. I didn't spot it until after I signed the lease. Edit 08/Nov/21: They had a chat with me about this post and were more than happy to change the agreement to almost weekly. They say the reason for advanced payments is so the tenant doesn't fall behind and a late payment marks your renters ledger, oh and that their system if you pay the day before they will send you an email saying you haven't payed even though you have because the banks take a couple of days to process transaction and on their system it means a late payment.

As the name says they are professionals - The whole team worked really hard on getting right tenants for our investment property in record time. We did had open house over the weekends but I know that there were quite a few occasions where they had private inspections in late after hours to suit the potential tenants need. They went above and beyond than what they were required to do. They catered for every need and kept us updated as they progress. I was never treated as a customer and felt more as a family. I definitely will encourage everyone to try them and see the difference compared to other real estates.

I recently leased my house through Professionals in Blacktown. My experience with them so far has been extremely professional especially Dori. He was continuously in touch with me during the construction of my house, every 3 to 4 weeks he used to call me and find out on how everything is going, and if any extra help was required. Personally, I liked this approach and it helped me know the agency better. Once my house was put on the market, it was gone within couple of days. I encourage and highly recommend all to try Professionals (this agency) based on my experience, and I'm sure others would feel the same.

Worst real estate we have dealt with especially Vijay. They want all the favours but are never willing to return any. We paid advance rent for last two years, all bills paid in time and even returned the keys by driving all the way to Parramatta on a public holiday for a property that we rented in Liverpool. They have used $1000 from the deposit for cleaning and want us to pay more and have taken us to tribunal. Highly recommend staying away from these crooks if you are a family guy and don’t have time for nonsense. Would love to give these people negative stars if there was an option to do so.

Their work reflects on their company’s title “The Professionals”. Nandini has been managing our property for rental. The whole process has been very smooth. She is very professional and friendly. During the journey she has always been helping and suggesting us from future perspective and how things will help in longer terms.
