Worst Real estate ever. This Real estate (Diana) advertised, leased my property without my consent, signature, ID, permission and knowledge. What worst you could do to someone.Property was under two persons name. I came to know about it in 2022. Diana said she will take the other owners permission to add me as an owner, when my name was clearly on the TITLE of the property. When I questioned why they leased the property without my signature and consent. Diana replied to my email saying she was told that I was away. Do you not believe in paperwork? Do you not follow the structure? Do you not have or follow any ethics? I further requested End of financial year statements from 2019 to 2022. First she sent me original EOFY for 2019, 2020, 2021 and when I requested her to send me all EOFY including 2022, Diana amended the legal document by changing issuing name to my name when I never received any rental income from real estate. Diana again amended and started issuing owner statements under my name. when again questioned and I expressed my disagreement, they are asking me to come to the office and talk in person. I requested for written response. Diana replied by saying she won't reply to my emails. I am taking this matter further now with regulatory bodies. As just today at 11:37 am from your office(Diana). What Professionals Homepoint Realty did is breach of code of conduct. You have caused so much stress and financial loss to me. I will be seeking legal cost against you, also as you denied responding to my emails I have been asking same questions since months and months. " THE WORST, BIASED, UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT HONEST, REAL ESTATE". if you want me to provide evidence here on google review I can do that before you say I do not exist in your accounts etc etc. so pls be careful with what you guys say here. Although I have zero faith in you.

I have a very negative and bad experience with this Real Estate at Riverstone NSW. I was ripped off by their property manager, charged me $1050 plus pushing me to pay an extra $600 to their own cleaner for cleaning the house again even though I already had paid and cleaned the house twice before moving out!. Even though I had kept the house clean and undamaged, they still charged me for wear and tear! They charged me $700 just for a towel rack screws came off the wall due to cheap construction and $100 for a door stopper I had forgotten to place back and $250 for a small scratch on the wall that I even didn't notice when I checked after their cleaner finished the job, and for sure I could easily fixed it myself, if they had let me know before they plan to repair! It was an extreme ripoff and I seriously warn everyone to be so careful with this Real Estate management at Riverstone if plan to rent a house through them! I have never had such experience with any other Real Estate in my life!

I have a good experience with Professional in Riverstone, I had renting with them for 7 years. I just sent the email to them when I want to moving out. They told me how much rent that I paid over before. My new moving very far a way from Riverstone but easier to contact to them. Professionals Riverstone transfer all rental bond to my account when I email to asking for. I really happy and impress with a beautiful real estate company like Professionals. Finally, I want to say thank you to Stephen for bring a lovely property to me and family for 7 years and thank to Diana for a good service, I'm so glad that the big company give a appreciate to tanant that renting with them. I give you back with five star Professionals Riverstone, you're in my mind forever.
