While it's convenient to have a pharmacy close to home, I must admit that I'm a bit disappointed with the level of service at the Terrey Hills location. It seems as though there may have been a change in ownership, as the current staff doesn't quite measure up to the lovely and knowledgeable team that was there before. Unfortunately, I often find myself needing to call another pharmacy in Frenchs Forest due to the lack of expertise at Terrey Hills. Nonetheless, I remain hopeful that the staff will improve and regain the exceptional standard of service that the previous team provided.

Did not dispense the correct amount of antibiotics. Apparently I should have checked the number of capsules dispensed. Stupid me! I have a major infection, I'm not feeling as I've just been discharged from hospital. I have to count 252 capsules to make sure the the prescription is properly fulfilled! Isn't that the job of the pharmacist?

Horrible, kept talking amongst themselves and serving other people but wouldn’t actually get my medication dispensed. I had just come out of hospital and they were aware of that. After asking multiple times I had to take my script not filled and left.

Great local pharmacy. The pharmacist is very helpful and caring and always takes care of my family which makes it a pleasure to visit. It is fantastic that are open until 6.30pm.
