I needed help planning a trip for Florida flying from California to Daytona Beach Airport. I tried myself many times and couldn’t make it work affordably and with comfortable flight times. I reached out to travel agents and many answered me but Prolific Escapes made it clear and easy so I chose to trust them with our plans. They came through: under budget, good flight times and connections, and we were given three different options for hotels. We chose the most upscale one and it was fabulous: perfect. It was hard to trust an unknown experience, and send our money out into the world in this day and age but Prolific Escapes is Legit. We were also given great ideas for activities and restaurants, and our Agent checked on us several times before, during and after. We are very grateful.

Reached out on Thumbtack and set up an appointment with the husband I believe. We had a great conversation and talked about pricing and everything. Was told I would get an email with all the information he found. Received the email on April 28th and the pricing was $3,000 over my budget we talked about initially. Wrote them back about it. The wife Rhona reached out on May 2nd stating she would figure it out. Never heard back from them. I gave 2 stars because the husband was really nice but definitely looking for a different travel agent who knows how to communicate with me.

I’ve never used a travel agency before but someone recommended that I try out prolific escapes. I had a consultation with them and I know that I must’ve been a headache because I’m one to ask a lot of questions but they were very patient thank God lol, but was also able to find something within my budget and offer some payment options . For as much traveling that I do they pretty much took a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to planning a full thought out vacation. Definitely will be using again. Thank you!

Prolific escapes was amazing to work with. From start to finish Rhona and Danielle really showed us first class customer service. My husband and I booked our honeymoon through them to Japan and not only was it cost effective we had the best trip of our entire lives! They handled the travel details with confidence and accuracy so we didn’t have to worry about anything. This allowed us to have the most epic adventure, ever! We saw scenic Japan and the neon cities all within our price and comfort range.
