I called Matt. On Thursday evening at 720pm. Had a water leak which I thought was behind dishwasher Matt was at my unit. In 15 minutes and it was the first time I have used him which was very impressive. The recent heavy rain in Sydney clearly showed a problem with storm water drainage that we'd suspected for some time. I called Matt to replaced a hot water tank on a Friday and he booked me in on the Monday. He was on time, professional and well-mannered. When you call, Matt will get back to you, unlike most other companies. He'll come out and explain what he's going to do, how much it's likely to cost. I found Matt is very tidy, doesn't make a huge mess in your yard or house. Generally good although the work felt a little rushed at the end as I know they had another appointment to get to. E.g. a bathroom tile that came partially off the wall when attempting to remove the mirror was not stuck back on, and the bath silicone sealant that was supposed to be 'removed and replaced' was just covered over.

On time professional and a great result. The installation of my vanity involved removing a minute amount of the existing wall tiles.Mathew did a throughly professional job, not to break these tiles and the resulting new vanity is fantastic!
