Straight away I felt that this is the company that I would like to do my move. Michael came on the same day and did a quotation for me and was very professional by wearing a mask and taking off his shoes. I had decided that I was going have the packing service from very early on in my process of moving. I received my quotation on the same day and I found the quote very reasonable that included the packing service. When I had any questions it was never no trouble for Tony or Michael. Tony was always friendly and very accommodating to any requests that I had. Tony is the owner of the company and he takes a lot of pride in his business and takes very good care of his staff. The day before my move Conrad arrived to pack my fully furnished flat. Oh my word he was amazing and a joy to have in my home for the day. Conrad took very good care with all my belongings and packed them to a very high standard. It was a wait off my shoulders that my packing had been done and it was all done by 2pm. On the day of my move I had Tony and Michael. The day was so stress free and was so smooth. No breakages and everything was handled with care. The Promover team were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our move, from booking through to the move itself and even afterwards, taking away boxes within a day of us requesting this. I have many positive points about our experience: The pricing was competitive and yet the quality brilliant. The team went above and beyond to get everything packed carefully and furniture arranged in the way we wanted when we arrived in the new home (they were happy to move things around for us too when we changed our minds too!). They even hung a very tricky picture for us and stayed for as long as it took to get the job done well. Our move date changed several times and they were always obliging and understanding. The whole team was friendly and helpful and respectful of our belongings. They were happy to leave certain items unpacked so we could use them right up until the last minute (eg TV/WiFi/washing). What a professional job we had last Saturday with the Promover Team. They arrived 15min earlier, just to ensure everything was in place. Anatolij introduced me his team for the day and they were my correct and polite all the time, asking me where everything goes. They were so quick loading the van, but having extra care with everything, nothing was damaged. There were a few items that need disassembling and they took care of everything, even an Ikea wardrobe which was put back together again with no problem. The trip was fast and they put everything in the new house as requested and always asking where in doubt. The booking process was also very professional, Anatolij call me via Skype to have a look on all we need to move and he provided a very competitive quote. The payment was via card after the removal was completed, which I prefer as I normally don't carry cash. I would definitely recommend the Promover Team for your next removal, they are professional, very hard workers and very nice people indeed! I contracted ProMover team for full pack and move service February 2023 and I could not be happier! The pack was brilliant. A 2 bedroom house - in regular living conditions (we didn't have everything tidied away etc) was carefully and logically packed between 9am-2pm. Michael was considerate and made it easy to keep out things to work through the day, spend the night (bed/bedding/dining content) - even offered to keep the sofa and TV out for evening lounging. The home move day also was effortless with the guys sorting everything from parking (in both locations). Loading and unloading into the new flat was done by 3pm and it was brilliant. Things that had been packed were logically labelled e.g. Bathroom Shampoos, Kids Room books, Kids Room Clothes, Master Bedroom Clothes, Shoes under the bed etc. - and they were placed back in the matching space in the new house for super easy unpacking. Pricing and billing is also completely transparent - you see the cost of move vs. parking vs. packing vs. packing materials etc. Couldn't imagine a better service - I absolutely recommend these guys!

Tony and his team offer an excellent and fairly-priced moving service. They managed our house move (packing, unpacking, furniture disassembly and re-assembly, junk removal) with great care, professionalism, efficiency, and cheerfulness. Nothing was broken or damaged (we have a large collection of fragile decorative items and a very large collection of books), and everything was correctly and helpfully labelled. Tony was extremely responsive to requests, flexible in his solutions, and meticulous in explaining costs and conditions, and definitely went the extra mile to make the move as stress-free as possible, in the middle of a lockdown. All the members of his team were friendly and polite. Diana handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Promover Team also offers very useful additional services to existing customers, such as handling very small moves (they did a couple for us at short notice and very smoothly), and assembling furniture, even months after the original move and for very reasonable charges. I recently moved from a flat in Earlsfield to a house in Fulham. I used Promovers after asking for a recommendation on my street’s Facebook group and could not be happier I did! I went for the full packing service and Tony and his team were absolutely amazing and completely took the stress out of moving. They sorted parking restrictions at both ends, delivered boxes earlier, came and totally packed everything the day before the move, and even changed light shades and curtains. I used Tony and his guys for my move from London to Essex and found their service and price to be fantastic. I had to rebook a couple of times due to my buyer but Tony found away to accommodate me with the final date. They arrived the day before and packed all my items carefully and concise labeling all the boxes clearly. Staying until all was done. Even taking some items which I was not taking with me to my garage. The following day I had an appointment so had given Tony a key to the house so they could start the loading When I arrived back there was a 4 man team all working.and we were packed and ready to go by 10.30-11am On arrival the guys unloaded and even kindly removed the washing machine which had been left and plumbed in mine I can honestly say that I had a fantastic service and would recommend this company to any and everyone especially those who do not want to do any packing themselves Once again thank you Tony and the lads you made what could have been a stressful situation a very pleasant one.

I cannot speak highly enough of Anatolij and his team. From the initial phone call to unpacking at the new property, the whole team went above and beyond to complete our move in an organised, careful and stress free manner. Communication was fantastic throughout the process and everything was planned meticulously before the move. The team attended our property two days prior to the move to pack wardrobes and other large items. Moving day was run so efficiently with the team packing all remaining items perfectly as well as disassembling furniture for the move. At the new property, everything was placed in the correct room and furniture reassembled perfectly. All artwork was protected very carefully using specialist materials. There was no damage to any of our possessions and I would 100% use the team again. I cannot reiterate just how professional and patient the whole team were and it was a joy to have them around on what can be an extremely stressful day!!

We have been provided a super professional service by Anatoliy and his team .they’ve come a couple of weeks before to have a better understnding oF the job required . We have arranged the day and agreed on their remuneration which was really good and hard to beat, considering the level of professionalism and service provided . We ‘ve decided for the first time to pay for packing as well. And glad we did. They came the day before , in few hours they’ d packed everything and avoided us the stress that moving causes . The day after they have come early morning . Loaded two vans and moved from London to the Cotswolds . All good , no damages , a friendly but yet professional service . A friend referred me to Tony with the words ‘these guys are amazing, they perform miracles and make moving easy’. When I reached out for a quote, Tony visited the same day to assess the scope of our move. He gave the quote the same day. Not only was it lower than the other quotes we received, it also included unpacking (which was not included in the other quotes). Our move was attended to with professionalism and care. Mark (ever pragmatic, accommodating and friendly) led the packing team and Tony joined them for the move. They were super organised! The team dealt with every single obstacle (including a broken lift, which meant carrying everything up three flights of stairs) in a can-do manner and nothing was too much trouble. Tony did the unpacking - this helped enormously to get life back to “normal”. I cannot recommend the team enough!

Excellent company - definitely worth contacting if you are looking for a quality removal team in SW London for a reasonable fee. We got referred Promover from a friend and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a efficient, professional service. Tony himself came for a home visit to build a quote and I personally appreciated his personal touch when a lot of other companies relied on video calls. Tony clearly takes great pride in his work, leading by example and I could tell the team were very well looked after. It clearly has a positive effect as everyone involved were efficient and professional but also friendly and polite. All team members had a can-do attitude, worked extremely hard on a Sunday to get everything packed up and we were ready to go in good time.

Highly recommend ProMovers. We had a short timeline (2 weeks) to work with, and the team were so helpful and responsive from the first call. They were able to come around on day I called to do a quick survey (following all Covid safety precautions) and sent a very reasonable quote through for packing, materials and movement the next day. A week later on both the packing day and moving day the team were really efficient, careful and friendly. I gave them detailed instructions and they did everything to the letter, and other things I hadn't through of like putting down floor protectors in the new flat, unpacking the big bits of furniture and removing boxes as quickly as the next day. Hire this team if you want to support a local business and take the stress out of moving!

I can't recommend the Promover Team enough. The whole process was effortless from start to finish. I had to make a move from London to Manchester during the lockdown so you can imagine it wasn't easy to find a working and top quality service. But then my luck turned as I found the Promover Team. Once I contacted them, Tony (the owner) was very precise, professional, friendly and flexible with me. On the day of the actual move the whole team were extremely time efficient and no matter what job needed doing, nothing seemed too big for them to handle. They moved all the furniture and boxes quickly taking extreme care with everything. I have no doubt in recommending their company for anybody's removal needs and it is a company that I will be calling on myself in the future.

Our move was executed in 2 days, one for packing and one for the move. Nothing was broken nor damaged, generous use of packaging materials, adequate packaging according to different types of items, effectively packaged and labelled, time schedule was followed, no unrealistic quote with hidden fees or last minute charges, always updating us about the next logistics' step along the way, eager to help and accommodate our specific situation (moving target day), and in the end took the boxes for recycling and some of our items for donation. Also, great culture as the crew was composed of locals on a comparatively decent work arrangement so everyone was happily committed to their jobs. Very high standard of professionalism and no-problems attitude. Highly recommend.

ProMover were absolutely the best ! Nothing was too much trouble for Michael and his team, and our move went without a hitch. It was a difficult and complicated move in that we were downsizing from a 6500 square foot warehouse-style building, and all of our possessions were to go into storage, but needed to be separated into differect sections in the storage facility for moving into various different places at later dates. Michael and his team were diligent, responsive, efficient and careful and a pleasure to work with. Hiring Promover was the best decision i have made in a long time!!! They are the pinnacle of professionalism and efficiency. In three hours they packed my entire two bedroom flat without a single break or hiccup. Promovers were very responsive. After I emailed what I needed (Disassembly and collection of a new, heavy table and delivery and reassembly are my house, they responded within hours (on a Sunday). When the shop suggested I needed three people to complete the job, Anatolij attended the shop himself to view the table and advise. They collected the table without incident and reassembled it efficiently. Helpful, efficient and did what they said when they said they would do it. Would recommend.

The service the team provided was exceptional throughout and I can’t rate them highly enough. The fact that they were significantly cheaper than any of the other quotes was surprising, and it had made me a little nervous, but two friends had used them before and also had great service.
