Walked in for a renter's insurance. Lady didnt know, so i asumed she called her coworker. Hung up with her and took another call. As i waited there... if this is the customer service before i even buy an insurance policy. I can only imagine the customer service when im a customer. No, thank you.

Never come here. I gave a large down payment for my insurance here and they told me an X amount for the monthly payment. Come to find out I receive a letter in the mail for my first months payment and it turned out to be significantly higher than the down payment. Bunch of imbeciles and liars.

I haven't had to deal with them because of an accident yet, and let's hope I don't have to. However they got us the best Straight Out of the multiple multiple places that we called trying to find a decently pricedthey got. John was great on

My father paid for the insurance in a El Paso TX location. The worker in the El Paso location got the information input wrong(zip code). Now they want to charge about 40 bucks to correct their mistake.

This is THE Best insurance place I've ever been to . The ladies who help me are knowledgeable, respectful and super fun. Not to mention , when I renewed, my price was even better ! Love love it !

Would recommend dealing directly with corporate office. Agent's are not very knowledgeable and will tax you much more that you could imagine. Corporate directly was so much better.

I called wanting to get insurance and the woman wouldn't get back with me. I finally had to call another insurance company and got insurance through Trexis they were great!

This company allowed this car to sit under my home for 54 day till I got tired of dealing with them an accepted there low ball offer..don't get a policy with this company..

I am only marking them four stars because they auto debited a very high renewal without advanced notice. Other that that incident, they've been great.
