So so disappointed. I run my business as much by the books as I can. I try to never be late on paperwork and I have always been able to rely on the agents (from previous companies) to have my back. I'm new to propel... in a short time... here is what I have experienced. 1St My business insurance policy is billed directly... after it was paid (2 days after I received the bill) NOTHING was updated with the state (my understanding that is what agents are for) therefore my license was suspended for insufficient insurance... after talking to them... they fixed it AND paid the reinstatement fee because they dropped the ball. But it still suspended me. And that sticks on my business record. 2nd My bond is also billed directly... I don't recall it being directly billed before... but this time it was. I never received a bill... so to my surprise Oregon sent me my cancellation notice. So I contacted propel and they passed me to the bond lady. She looked up my record... and said the bond company has my old address... from almost 4 years ago. I've renewed my bond since I've lived in my home... but whatever. I then contacted the bond company and they said they sent 2 notices to propel that they could not get in touch with me. Imagine my fury when I heard that. They never once tried to contact me to try to update and keep me legit. Resulting in once again a suspension due to lack of insurance. Thanks a lot for NOTHING! Side note.. I don't blame them for the bonding company not having the correct address... I am furious because the bonding company reached out twice for contact issues. Seriously... what a headache.

Our company works with John Huggins and his team and have been treated with nothing but respect. They are helpful and willing to do what is needed for us. We couldn't be happier with the level of service and professionalism that we receive. Sofia helps us day to day in getting documents that either we or our customers need in an extremely timely manner and is always a pleasure to work with.

I am beyond frustrated with propel. Horrible communication. I am slowly moving all of my lines away from them as they continue to drop the ball at every opportunity. I have been with them since day 1 and it’s honestly better to go directly through the carriers.

Terrible communication. Insurance agents are supposed to help their clients, this company flat out does not. Would not recommend at all. They take your money but dont provide service.

Wow, they are EXTREMELY RUDE to their policy holders. Update: they did fix the issue in a timely manner and followed up.
