Horrible experience, was told we were approved (credit score 671) and to come in next day to sign at 1pm.. then it changed to 2pm.. AFTER APPROVAL we had to resend our insurance...ss cards.. everything.. then some more excuses..finally nothing no call back nothing.. just dropped..wow!! Im a business owner ,home owner and been with my own bank for 20 years.. great job Ill be sure to share my experience!!

The staff is so respectful. I love this bank, that is why I had my son open his first checking and savings account with them. They are always very helpful with your needs. Would recommend to anyone.

the bank is close to my house and we like that, Mgr Jessica is very kind and always helps me when I need it, but some of her employees need to be trained in good customer service, they are rude.
