I like your jewelleries and friendly staffs. But I purchased this nose stud on Saturday and kind of chanced my mind. I went to exchange it as it hasn't been used at all. Lovely lady told me I can't change it because of healthy reason which I totally understand but the thing I don't understand is why earrings are ok to change it but not nose studs. And the other thing if there is a new rule about exchanging wouldn't you let the customer know about it on selling point or on invoice or some how. On my invoice says I have 30 days to exchange it and that's it. I spend my time to go there. If I know I wouldn't go or would think more before buying it.

Worst service . Husband dropped off G shock watch worth over $1000 to get repaired and have sent to Melbourne . Staff forgot to send down after 3 months husband went into store to enquire where watch was and still at the store . Eventually watch was sent down after another 2 months heard nothing . Went back to store and watch had been sitting behind counter fixed . The manager advised they rang to advise ready but we received no call . And they still expected us to pay for the repair . I’m a manager in customer service and this service is absolutely pathetic. Will never go back …..

Been in proud in campbelltown to purchased a pendant And the staff asked me for my ID which is something weird because I was there no late than last Fridayi asked why???. He said that's there was a shoplifter in the shop .he said that a new policy ..But I don't see other staff asking for IDs For me it looks like discrimination..Anyway was very upset and still is...Question that I asked.Prouds was my favourite shop but after this I dont think I'm going there anymore cause I feel very humilate..

A very good jeweller located within Campbelltown Mall. It’s much larger than you’d think, and the range really is excellent. There’s always some great “sale” options to find, and the girls were really helpful the last time I was in there. Thoroughly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Spoke to a lovely gentlemen named Luke who helped me pick a present and was extremely helpful along with his Manager whom was also so very helpful, highly recommend this store!! Thank you again.
