Excellent car wash plenty of soap from the high pressure gun and the water is heated cleans vehicle very well, the touch free laser wash with blower is also one of best around excellent results even on a very dirty vehicle, however the care taker at this site is a rude abrubt man had a go at me for leaving my vehicle in car wash when I was about to move and the car behind had just pulled up so there was no need for this behaviour, I am a courtesy person he needs to work on his customer service skills, he should put his energy into cleaning the bays after filthy cars have dumped their mud which is regularly as this car wash is very popular. The other morning my tyres were coated in mud as soon as I drove into bay due to the filth left in bay. Also on several occasions the the self serve bays have gobbled up my coins and not engaged cycles. Despite the rude attendant, that lacks basic people skills and the coin gobbling this car wash is amongst the best in various suburbs that I have visited and I will continue to go back.

Have always used the auto car wash as it's a struggle to hand wash with young ones. The car had stubborn dirt all around even after the auto wash. However it was my own fault for not cleaning regularly enough. The gentlemen (staff) on feb 17 at around 2pm spotted my dirty SUV after the auto wash and went above and beyond. He had hand washed the remaining dirt for around 10 minutes. Wouldn't take extra money that was offered or even a beverage on a 40 degree day. Gave me hope in humanity and has certainly earned my loyalty to this carwash. Give the man a beer and a medal cheers

Loved this touchless car wash. It gives an amazing result, with or without the blow dry option lanes. No point going through the blow dry lane, if you are not going to include blow dry ($16), as you'll hold up on others who are in that lane specifically for the additional blow dry. Each wash/blow dry lasts approximately 5 min. So 4 cars in queue will be 20 min wait. Due to popularity, it''ll be awesome if another branch is being considered within Melton, because 2 automatic lanes are not enough. We can do with more lanes for a faster turn around time.

We have been coming to prowash for years, for both the car and dog wash. Usually there is one man who is absolutely awesome( owner I think) Today we encountered another staff member who was extremely rude and caused us to leave mid way through cleaning our cars. Really disappointed if he’s going to be giving customers that impression as this place has always been fantastic. I have also noticed that the last few times I’ve been through the auto wash it has left streaks and hasn’t cleaned the car properly. After this experience we won’t be returning

Terrible rude staff. I had spent $20 washing my car, and was cleaning out the interior (with products bought from the vending machine) when a staff member approached me and said 'I know you're not gonna vacuum mate, get out of the bay" I guess he didn't want me to spend anymore money there, and I absolutely won't be. You are better off spending your money elsewhere if the staff are going to treat customers like that.

I can appreciate machinery at times won't always function at 100% but this morning the price we paid to do a Automatic car wash then Vacuum and then a hand wash was way too much. The car was extremely dirty after the Automatic washing and Turbo vacuum is not as good as going home and using our 10 year old Hoover! Today it looked as though no one checks on the Quality? Definitely the worst its been in years

Convenient and you get reasonable time for the money spent why I gave this 5 stars is the cashless set up they have on each manual wash bay where you don’t have to go and get coins which as we all know that the change machines always have issues either not working or doesn’t recognise loose change you put into them A little investment by the owners like they have done at prowash goes a long way

Only come here for the auto wash with dryer. Never gets my car clean but that maybe because its brushless. But that is why I go there. The rainbow soap is more sparse these days as opposed to a few years ago. The wash seems quicker then what it use to be. This place is well maintained and always clean. Staff are friendly and helpful also.

Foam brush and wax hoses are barely adequate. VENDING CENTRE WILL EAT YOUR COINS WITH NO RETURN. This has now happened on four different occasions. Would NOT recommend the touch less drive through either does not clean a dirty car. To be fair, the vacuums are great though.

Totally disappointed.i paid for the ultimate wash..($12) my car came out where it still had dirt on the back,had coloured spots on my windscreen.so disappointed..I have a $6 car up the road near also and had a better car wash ,than this place. I won't be coming back.

Went for my weekly wash. Car wasn’t overall dirty. Car came out of car wash pretty much worse. Dirty spots everywhere. Whole car looked like someone had thrown dirty water over it. I think I’ll still with the watergardens one.

I like it, brush less and quick and decent price. I go for the no dry cause the dry one I felt was a waste of money and didn't dry properly so I opt for no dry. Otherwise get in early or else you're bottlenecked

Using the drying feature is pointless as the drying time "even on a hot day" fails to dry all of the car " I have a small car" so all you poor over compensating owners forget about using the feature..

I like this place however.....I think it could do with the self serve bays being cleaned properly each night and maybe new foam brushes ....... and lighting in the bays at night (if there is more)

It's a pretty good car wash. I used it a lots of times. When feeling lazy I go automatic car wash other time I use the self wash. It's always clean and all equipment seem to be always working.

Awesome staff who are always happy to help with any issues! Well maintained equipment and the washbays are always clean to use. The brushless drive thru wash does a great job.

Okay, but car always comes out spotted and dirt marked. And despite using dryer properly and as recommended, the car is never dry and is left with watermarks everywhere.

Good automatic car wash. Blow dryer wasn’t too great, probably won’t use that option in the future. In and out in less than 10mins. No waiting which was great.

It's a good car wash convenient location. Mrs uses the automatic wash I use the manual, does a good job. Very busy spot tho, allow some wait time.

The auto wash doesn't clean your car properly. Needs more soap and more water pressure.
