I came to this location to make a payment, and the manager's customer service was extraordinary! Danesha was able to assist myself as well as other customer's that entered the office with ease and great pleasantry, Although I have a storage at another location this one is more convenient for me to go to. This is not the first time she has helped me, and every experience is always better than the first. She's so professional and tactful with a wonderful ability to multitask! :)

Reggie is a people person. He is very respectful and professional. He makes an initiative to build a rapport with all the clients. Lashonda is another employee that is respectful and professional at all times. She does what it takes to assist the clients with any issues or problems that may arise. Thank you Reggie and Lashonda for being so professional and polite. You guys are Awesome!!!

So today Saturday was my first time visiting Public Storage, I was greeted by Reginald and a great big smile! Although it was super busy he got us out there in no time! He was super helpful and had a great personality, really made my stressful moving day easy! If ever visiting here you'll have nothing but smiles with Reggie!

Love this location. Mr. Reggie is a wonderful property manager and you can tell through his work that he values his tenants. I have never had a customer service problem with this location and I've recommended this location to people that don't live on this side of town, because I know they will be taken care of by him.

This Place Was Horrible My Stuff Got Stolen Out My Storage I Rented With Them No One Cared No One Reached Out And The Price I Was Paying For That Storage It Shouldn’t Of Been No Way That Easy To Break Through The Walls And No One Saw Anything I’m Still Dealing With This Now And Didn’t Get No Of My Money Back At All!!!!

I can't believe they have horrible storage units like these!! We had to cancel our unit we were gonna get. Walls were dissolving like dust. They were super weak. We could see through the next unit. Poor people that has their stuff there.
