I inquired about renting a storage unit back in October for an upcoming relocation. I had several Customer Service Reps call almost daily regarding getting started. I placed my items in storage in November of 2022. From November of 2022 until January my unit increased from $107.39 to $129 in January. I have paid 3 payments of $129 and have just received an email stating the price will increase again May 1st to $174.00. This is quite ridiculous the amount of price gauging you all are doing. Please do not respond passing the buck you will let management know. Take ownership for what's going and STOP! Just because you have a person's items and we know can be hassle to move it especially if you are out of state should not mean increase the price significantly every 2-3 months. TAKE OWNERSHIP AND STOP!

I am changing my review because the staff is deceptive. I was told buying their lock was mandatory as well as buying their insurance. I’m now looking at a monthly rate of $72 instead of $63 and the first month was also $63 after all the excessive fees (instead of $1 as advertised). A quick google search just showed me that nope, purchasing the lock from them wasn’t MANDATORY and it’s also not MANDATORY that you use their insurance. I wouldn’t use this location again. Also, don’t trust the reviews, they ask you to write a 5 star review it in front of them right after you sign up for their unit.

This experience was terrible!! The price starts at a reasonable amount, but slowly goes up without much notice. They claim to have sent a letter, but the information is buried in an email. I asked them to give me a discount for just one month after my cost more than QUADRUPLED, but even the district manager said she couldn't. I do not blame the individual employees, but corporate management needs to change. I don't care how much money this company is worth. I am dumping all of their stock that I used to own. I can't see myself supporting a company that takes advantage of people like this.

This was my first and last time using a storage unit anywhere. First - Don’t let them put you in a unit near the doors. There was so much dust and debris that came in and got my stuff filthy. 2 - They sold me a defective lock and then wouldn’t replace it. The locksmith had an extremely difficult time getting it off because it was so defective. 3 - No one is on site to assist ever. Tried calling several times and it took weeks to finally get in touch with someone just for them to tell us they wouldn’t do anything about the defective lock. Not worth it at all.

Worst storage unit EVER!! If you don’t want all of your stuff molded AND stolen in the same week, don’t go here!! They never even fixed the door after it was broken into, they sent me an email that I left my storage unit open when it literally didn’t close anymore after being broken into. Worst customer service ever. Prices increase every month. It’s dirty, obviously.. all of my stuff was ruined by mold. There’s no one ever in the office and they don’t answer the phone. -10/10 I could not think of even one positive thing to say about this company.

This facility has had its gate down for TWO days and DIDN'T bother informing it's customers leading to my catalytic converter to be stripped from our truck. The property manager said it would take to long to call each customer to let them know of this situation and that he wasn't directed to do so. Well then direct me to who's job that was. He said that is the job of the district manager but refuses to give us the number. YOUR gate was down for TWO days. This was NEGLIGENCE on YOUR part!! If I were to be late on payment I'm sure you would call!!

We were very frustrated with the self kiosk as we were trying to get a storage unit at our closest location, but then we called and went over to see Jackie at 22:30 North High School road. SHE WAS AMAZING! She was very friendly, and pleasant to work with on getting a unit. Her kindness and positive attitude definitely brightened up what was a very stressful day. She went out of her way to make sure we understood everything and we got the best deal for our needs, and then explained payment and was able to answer our questions! Thank you Jackie!!!

I have owned my unit for almost 2 years and my price has more than doubled by their “real estate evaluations” as I was told by Chris over the phone. Only reason I took this unit was a good price, nothing else about the location is that great. Also the Gate at 6910 Waterfront Dr. is broken most of the time. Be nice if they invested a little in their properties. Snow plow removal is a joke at this site also. They plow down the center and push the snow up against the units so you have to dig it out if you want to get anything out.

Don't use this facility they are theives. Their was a break in at the facility and the fence was cut right next to our trailer we were never notified. The trailer was stolen. They wouldn't watch the tapes to see who stole it. Before we even knew it was stolen our space was rented out to an RV. We were still paying for it. Even after all this and it was supposedly cancelled they still tried to charge us. They gave us the number to the district manager and after calling for 3 months with no return call I gave up...

Patty is a great person I was parked there waiting while she was doing her job checking the units she saw me and stop doing what she was doing to help get me a unit she made the transition smooth even though the storage unit I wanted wasn't yet cleaned up she found another one that I was ok with and even though computer problems it was a great customer service overall definitely recommend to deal with her at all times..

Rented storage company sent an email and text telling me when the storage is ready I will receive a text letting me know it’s ready and they will send code. Well it’s almost 3pm no text or email for the code or letting know it’s ready. Canceled storage was told NO REFUND! Unless cancelled in 24hrs. Canceled because I can’t access the storage. Poor service

Besides it getting broken into one time, over the last couple years I've been in here they've simply priced me out of it. It's gone from $40 to $115 in three years for a 5x10 which by the square foot is half again what I pay for my apartment. Good deal when I first got it but not any more.

It would help if an actual person worked there onsite. I had an outdoor unit and had mice problems. Then I switched it to an indoor one. Ever since I haven't had to deal with mice. Other than that, it's a very safe place to store your things. I pay $144.00 with the insurance a month.

Cheyenne is such a sweet lady, she helped me with all my problems and questions i had about my unit . As a customer i will be sharing my experience with others to let them know which property they should go im not sure about the others but i hope they are as good as where shes at.

I want to Say Charles is very professional, and has very good Customer service. He is very Polite and quick to help all customers. Would definitely recommend working with Charles in the future to Family and Friends.....
