DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE worst service in Jacksonville!! Once your stuff is there they basically hold it hostage!! I went up there trying to pay my bill and switch units for over a week and it was always closed no one there to help even tho I was told it would be no problem to switch once the promotion was uo. Of course when you call they can take your payment but that's it no switching no getting the lockout off of your unit nothing. Now because of an email that the DM isn't responding to I can't move my belongings to a smaller one that I can actually afford even tho I keep telling them this. God forbid you get Pam she's the rudest employee ever just walk away or hang up. Basically once they have your stuff thats it no changing units or anything like that they know your going to pay or loose your stuff. I've been given the run around between phone numbers that weren't correct to wrong email addresses I honestly believe the dm doesn't exist. Now cuz of waiting ive incurred fees that i was told i wouldn't get and the communication between the customer seevuce number and the actual facility is the worst ive ever seen. You call they have records of your calls and everything but when in person they cant see the calls and complaints so your treated as if your lying and when i had the customer service person try to explain to the person working (Pam) what was going on Pam acted as if she couldn't hear him and then flay out accused the customer service person of lying. Then right in front of me called someone on the phone and accussed me of lying about everything I said even tho I called and they have cameras so you can clearly see I was there. While dealing with all this 3 or 4 other people came in complaining of the same things as me and were treated the exact same way as me. Worst decision I ever made was bringing my belongings here. Also since renting the unit the place has been shot up and there is a bullet hole in my storage unit as well as the other units near mine (but the insurance doesn't cover it so anything damaged is your problem)!!

Omg Brenda is wonderful I love that beautiful soul she made it so easy and so simple even helped me to set everything up for a different location. That’s the kind of customer service I would love to see everywhere else, but unfortunately not everyone has the ability to perform with the confidence she had. I don’t know what it was about her, but she had the ability to make me feel so comfortable like I knew her for years . Let’s just say I didn’t feel like another ticket number. Trying to hurry up and get the service over with and to the next person. My favorite part about the visit was while we’re talking as she explained everything step-by-step. She was looking at me in the eye she stopped what she was doing. She wasn’t looking to the side or being easily sidetracked by the person she was training her professionalism was top notch. Even if you’re going to a different storage I would recommend you dealing with Brenda off of Arlington Expressway. She is the real MVP. Thank you!!!

our customers call us to most of the public storage locations throughout the city, this one more often then any other. The public storage at Southside Boulevard and Beach allowed one of my customers 24-hour access one day I don't know the reason why but it was a great accommodation I wish all of the public storage facilities especially the one on Arlington give some type of option for extended hours especially in emergency situations.. It would be great if this location had some vending machines WITH COLD DRINKS considering this location gets very hot during the day time. By the way you get so much sunlight during the day you really should consider solar panels on most of your roofs.

They must not treat for rats since my coffee table was chewed on while it was in there care and location. Solid wood and cost a lot of money to find one this big that lifts the top and has a drawer for storage. I am very unhappy with this place and the hole time we had our stuff there everyone was rude when we spoke with them. We also posted a photo of my table when we got it out of the storage. Smh horrible to know your stuff isn't protected when you thought they would do there job. I recommend going to u-haul BC they care and treat for rats and pest and do what they can to protect your furniture while its in there care.

Ms. Lauren is obviously one of Public Storage’s consummate ambassadors who topped the icing on the cake with very informative, detailed documentary during my first day reception. During my research to locate affordable, secure storage, I also met with Ms. Haley and Erin at Public Storage—Arlington Expressway. Previous reviews also demonstrate Ms. Naila to be a very competent Property Manager. This operation surely knows how to run successfully and efficiently. I highly recommend Public Storage to anyone seeking the hallmarks of self-storage. As Oprah Winfrey would say: “You Go, Girls!”

You can find a better place. The units are infested with ants and rats. When we moved our stuff out we had to throw away a lot of items because they were covered in rat droppings/urine, or they were torn up from rats chewing, we had boxes that were covered in ants. It's ridiculous. The amount of money you spend, you would think they could at least do better job of keeping critters out. We called and attempted to speak with someone to get some questions answered but no one could be bothered to even treat us with a little bit of respect. Rent at your own risk.

I used Public Storage for about 6 months it was a great easy process to get the unit had no problems. But I did run into a minor problem when it came to closing the unit out it was some miscommunication going on. But super thanks to one of the employees there name Rain at the Arlington location. She helped me out in such a way as going over and beyond to help me solve the problem I was having. Everything got fixed promptly. People like Rain I will come back to store my things at this location. Thank you again Rain for all your help!

I was in need of a storage unit and Jacobi was such an amazing help! Having rented storage units in the past, from other providers, I found his professionalism to be a wonderful quality that I have missed in past experiences. His knowledge of the products and services in which he offers to consumers was very pleasing. I really enjoyed my signup and experience today! He's definitely an added value to your company. Great staff but a few things that were upsetting, I wasn't told tI'll I got there about the hidden fees ie. Lock purchase, in tial fees, insurance, and for the price I had to pay the unit it, looked bad the walls were very damaged to the point in the upper back corner I could see three feet into the unit behind ours, if I wasn't in a pinch at the time I wouldn't have chosen this facility even with the nice staff and location I don't feel comfortable that my things are safe insurance or not

I visited this location on 9/11/2013. As soon as I walked in I was greeted cheerfully by an employee named Carol. She was so helpful. She assisted me in picking out a storage unit that would fit my needs. After picking a unit. She was very helpful when going over the rental contract. She was very knowlagable and answered all of my questions. She made my first time using Public Storage a very pleasant experience. I will definatly be recommending this location to my family and friends!!!

My family and I are so thankful for this storage facility! We were needing to unexpectantly store a huge truck load into 2 storage units. The process was painless! I love using the app which makes access a breeze. Also what sold me is how clean everything is. No rodents or foul smells. The manager is the best! We have used several storage companies in past years but she makes you feel at ease and explains everything with a smile. Don’t sleep on this place!!

I have a storage unit at this location and I have to say that the managers at this facility are the best. Every time I'm at my unit they take the time to come and ask me if everything's okay. When I make my payments I'm always greeted with a cheerful hello and a smile. And they always make sure to ask if I need any packing supplies to secure my items. Fantastic job Naila and Cameil. I will be sure to recommend my family and friends to your facility.

Brenda who works at the front desk has poor customer service likes to repeat herself instead of helping the situation ; pretty much told me they will be hold my belongings when I want it out ; great job Brenda ; funny how I pay three weeks and not a month to month bases ; horrible experience door left open that’s why they need u to pay for insurance at there location also the camera do not work either bc I was told by there employee as well

I helped a friend move yesterday and we brought the loaded truck to this Public Storage location. I am extremely impressed with the facility, but especially want to commend Brenda, the gal that handled the reservation; She went above and beyond with patience and helpful assistance in answering questions, offering suggestions and even helping my friend get the app downloaded and explaining how to use it. The Arlington storage company was very very nice very long time a Amanda was very helpful on time and was very patient patient and also the girl that's work Earl that's work the morning shift she was very nice as well she started me off with my storage what a great area to put your things in Arlington publis Arlington public storage Amanda was very helpful I recommend anyone Go here no matter what size storage you're getting

They dont protect your furniture or things at this location. I move my things out and during unpacking i am finding all kinds of damage to my coffee table from rats chewing on it. I took photos which i will try to post of the corner that was chewed all up and this table was passed down to me from family they dont even make them this big and they are expensive. The able has a drawer and the top lifts. Solid wood. Smh

The young lady Tiffany I took care of my needs concerning my storage issues was absolutely outstanding she actually was very knowledgeable and ask all the right questions due to the fact that I didn’t know exactly what size unit I needed Once I told her exactly what I wanted to put in there she directed me to the perfect unit for me a nice 5 x 5 great job Tiffany keep up the good work great customer service skills

Amanda and the staff were friendly and informative. They answered all of my questions and recommended the best option for a storage unit. The first unit they gave me wasn't in good condition but they quickly gave me a new unit and it worked out beautifully. My items stayed safe and dry during two hurricanes and moving out was a breeze.

Always really slow to find someone and No one ever answers the phone. Also really good at tacking on fees so you lose your belongings pretty quickly. Last time I went the employee on duty was riding around on the golf cart flirting with a customer as a line was forming into the road because No one could get in.

Have had my outside unit for about 6 months now, it’s a bit pricey as I went from 250$to 305 for my unit but nothing yet to be ruined by weather in my unit. So I’m pleased, it’s secure and the gate system being Bluetooth is nice so you don’t have to roll down your window or get out of your car to get in.

i came in and was helped by Naila. She was very helpful. She showed me the unit and assured me that my stuff would fit. She also suggested i get some protection for my furniture. She wanted to make sure my stuff is protected. i was very pleased with my decision to come to public storage.

This place claims that even with a personal code you are not allowed in after 9pm. I thought that the reason why storage places give you a code is so you can gain access to your storage unit 24/7

Aweful. Rats ate my furniture and the insurance I paid extra for only covered $250 for verman damage. I got screwed because my couch I had only had a few month's was a $1000 bucks was destroyed.

Naila was very helpful in assisting me & showing me a good unit. She made sure I knew about the bldg being painted & that some of the unit numbers were missing. I'm glad we were able to meet.
